Pain down side of chest related stomach

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Sir, suddenly yesterday ,in my right side and down of chest stomach pain is coming .I am feeling that my manspeci has been tense.vomoting may be come it's feel.Food is choke in gross nli ,I feel .please tell me suggestion.
