Hello there...I can understand your concern. Yes it could be a viral fever. She will need to get investigated. Dengue fever, chikungunya, typhoid are very common this season. So it is important to get investigated if the fever is increasing and joint pain gets worse. So kindly consult a general physician for further evaluation.
