Hello there. I can understand your concern. At this age, heart problems could be unlikely. It could be acidity/ indigestion also. But it would be better if you get it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Tab. Pantakind once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Best regards.
