Upper abdomen pain with internal feverishness and chest pressure in your age group is most often acid reflux with gastritis, especially when the pain comes in sharp seconds. But since you have a past history of pneumonia and bronchitis, a low-grade chest infection can present exactly like this too - so I would not treat it as pure gastritis blindly.
Next Steps
Check your temperature twice a day, get CBC with CRP and a chest X-ray, keep meals small and non-spicy and stop late-night eating. Straight to emergency if the chest pressure spreads to the jaw or left arm, breathing gets difficult, or fever crosses 102F. Bring these reports on a Practo consult with me and we will treat the right thing.
