I should say you are on the wrong platform. You have been to a General Physician and to a Cardiologist. You are not satisfied. The next step can be either Homeopathy or Ayurveda or ???? Supernatural Powers.

You may have non-cardiac causes like gastric reflux, anxiety, or musculoskeletal pain along with sinus tachycardia. ➡️ Do a Holter monitor and TMT for better heart assessment. ➡️ Get upper GI endoscopy for gastric issues. ➡️ Manage stress, avoid spicy food, and keep a symptom diary. Consult a gastroenterologist and consider anxiety screening too.
