Sudden shrap pain near shoulder & chest

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Why sudden shrap pain in shoulder, shoulder blade, one side of neck after lying down it comes to chest feels like pressure in chest. When I sit without movement I feel better but whenever I move its painful again. Dr gave me painkillers and pan d but nothing worked it cured after 3-4 days on its own. I faced it thrice and everytime i had to do complete bedrest. Kindly guide
