Pain near neck to shoulder
Yesterday at night had video call with frnds for appx. 4 hours by sitting in the same posture. After tat when tried for sleeping whole neck to shoulder area is paininv very much, never experienced this severe pain @ neck and shoulder area. Please advice what to do. Thank you

Hello sir. Neck and shoulder pain is a common problem, most likely due to posture. However, it won't be right to prescribe painkillers without taking proper history as there can be more to it than meets the eye.
