  3. Neck pain near shoulder. Neurologist?

Neck pain near shoulder
Hello doctor I am having neck pain and I am having difficulty in moving my head. And when ever I spray moov  and press harder ear my shoulder then I get some relief but after some time. Again I get pain whenever I move my head..kindly suggest what would be the exact reason ?? Do I  need to visit neurologist ??
