I'm getting my neck paining for two days I got my neck locked something like (suluku) Prescribe me some ointments or balms to get rid of the problems

hey, ointment or bamb is of no use it only gives temporary relief, you may have neck neck muscle stiffness or spasm , consult orthopedic doctor hell give spasm reliver
