Whom to contact first for pain which started from arms to neck and shoulder ,to a general physician with pain specialist or physiotherapist or a Orthopedist , i am very much confused regarding this .

If it's radiating from neck, meet a neurologist, if it's vague pain meet physician/ orthopedician.
