Mild pain and small swelling at the neck
Hi, I am experiencing a mild pain at the back of my neck, at the base of the head. Which is further turning into headaches and fatigue. I might have been ignoring the problem thinking this is because of excessive screen time and bad posture while looking at mobile. I am experiencing mild pain and dizziness when I bend my neck back. I get relief when I sleep whenever I get headaches and dizziness. But, overall this is affecting my daily activities. Kindly, suggest what kind of doctor I need to visit, what steps I need to take. Note : I have sight(left eye 0.75 and right eye 0.50. and I have astigmatism)
