I’m my opinion any Chest pain has to be further evaluated . It could be a simple cause or could also be something serious . We have to rule out life threatening conditions. Since you are young maybe it’s not of big worry but do not Take a risk . Please go to clinic to consult in person . doctor has to listen to your chest with a stethoscope etc .

Your condition requires few tests which need to be done physically even a paid a consultation on practo will not be effective in your case. You should visit a clinic or a hospital. Sadly there are limitations to telemedicine. Just to clarify, this format of consultation is not complete. Lots of time doctors ask you to click for a consultation because that allows them to ask you further about your condition and narrow down their differential before suggesting you something. It is important that your health condition is understood fully and you get appropriate resolution for it.
Next Steps
walk in a ortho clinic physically.
