I might had a heart attack last night
Yesterday i kept getting these strange sensations on my upper chest which led me not being able to breathe all day.At night i was just eating maggi where i suddenly got sweaty, nauseated,sick,clammy hands.i couldn't breathe properly while this was happening i told my mum i didn't feel right and i wanted to go to ER,but cos of my previous er trip and all the tests costing alot of money and all of em coming back normal.My mum told me that i am on medication (propranolol 40mg)and started scolding me to stop being scared like a baby.The thing she doesn't realise that i actually thought i was dying.I went to my bed at this point the symptoms started fading its been atleast 15 mins.i am sleeping upside down and while this my right hand index and middle finger started to feel uncomforta(I can't describe it just didn't feel right) after a few secs to a min.This mild pain started travelling slowly to my elbow few mins later it reached my shoulder.what is this?upper chest discomfort is still the
