Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I am suffering with lower back pain and burning as well. My feet posture going outwards, right feet tilting outwards while standing and walking like pronation. My ankles and knees became so lean and weak. As of my observation the muscles near joints getting sunken. Since one year I am suffering with this. Recently one week back I met with an accident, below hip back side of my body got injured, from then my belly coming out not just because of fat and my hip joints and pelvic area paining a lot. I am not even able to rest my back while sitting and sleeping. Discomfort and pain distracting me like any thing. I am struggling with this a lot. Please suggest me to get rid of this. Thank you. Past 4months back i had left testicle continuous paining,then consulted urologist,I'm diagnosed with bilateral grade 1 varicocele just 2days back i had bilateral microsurgical varicocelectomy ,my urologist said the operation done successful,now still there is paining and my scrotum and testicles are swollen.is surgery successful?why my two testicles swollen then before?when I recovery normal with painless normal size of testicles?i can't sleeping discomfort for lying down on bed

Hi dr, I'm suffering from frequent mood swings. Almost all the time of a day I feel discomfort and sadness. I have fear to deal with people. I. e in mingling with people. When someone shouts or raise at me I feel panic and my mind will go out of control. I can't concentrate anything. I can't control my mind from negative thoughts. I tried to read so many self helping books but it doesn't work. I fall asleep almost all the days at night and wake up late. I'm suffering from frequent headaches during morning and evening time. Pls help me

I underwent laparoscopy on 28th Oct,16 to diagnose chronic pelvic pain.It revealed that I had endometriotic deposits and a chocolate cyst. As per the doctor, the deposits were removed. My period before surgery was on 7th sept. And after surgery, from the next day itself I started bleeding like period. It continued for 7-8 days. But after that, I didn't get period around 7th of this month. My doctor thinks, I must I have got period early. Is this possible? I have been told to take duphaston tablets from 5th day to 25th day of my periods, which I will be taking when my next period arrives. How effective are these tablets in suppressing endometriosis? Even after surgery, I do get the same pain along with other symptoms like abdominal pain, bloated sensation and discomfort. Why so?Being unmarried currently, I am also worried regarding my fertility in future due to endometriosis. Please suggest.

One day i had a sudden pain between scrotum and anus area while urinating it was lije something blocked my urine but i was able to urinate with discomfort, snice then there was no such pain but my penis got numb as if it was lifeless i could still get erections and stuff.Then one day i went to a doctor as my right testicle started to ache and he sent me for some tests all those tests were normal so he gave me some medicines and scrotum support my right testicle pain has gone but the numbness has come back again. I'm quite scared will it affect my sexual life I'm 18 year old male.

Hand has become intense after showing doctors and physiotherapist. I am on Myospa and Lirica 75 mg but is not helping. Doctor is not bring of any help in spite of mri of neck.One doctor is talking of EPIDURAL I I I I had my C6C7 disc replacement in 2010.Since then I have had several visits to physiotherapists,doctors for utter discomfort in neck,shoulder areas.To cut the long story of pain short,right now doctor is suggesting EPIDURAL INJECTION but is giving no guarantee of pain disappearing. That's another story that doctor first treated for FROZEN shoulder and now he says its due to neck. Do advise...

Iapproached Clove Dental for complaint of tooth ache in 4,5 on the upper right teeth. They suggested RCT in both which has been done repeatedly. Now with and without the caps, the pain has increased. After so much efforts to continuously inform my increasing discomfort to Clove, they have asked me to get the CBCT done of the RCT treated teeth. Is it advisable n clinically necessary? Please do note that any x-rays or clinical history is unavailable as it was done at a private clinic. Also, the consultations under taken were with the private practising Dentists, hence no documentation is available.

Hi as I have already posted my problem earlier and it was answered by ma'am. I have swollen vagina since two month and I m very afraid. As I have said that there is no pain, no irritation, no discharge and I dont have any discomfort while sitting , walking and while urination. Ma' am said that it may be cyst but and may require surgery until it may grow large in size and have pain and I realy dont known what to do. Please suggest me something. My periods are normal. Everything is normal only 2 cm of outside the vagina is swollen on one side.i dont want to go for surgery. Please help me...

I have done sonography of neck. It shows cervical lymphadenopathy. I am facing dry throat and feeling tightness. It is since from aug21. Two times visited ent doctor but remains same. Pls find attached sonography report. Facing pain in the morning upto the lunch. After lunch feels better for some time. Again it is started. Sometimes feeling pulling sensation at the left side of end of ribs. Dry throat facing sincec 6 months. But I had covid in sept20. From that time I am facing neck pain,left side chest pain and now cervical lymphadenopathy Please help. I have done all the test endoscopy,mammography then 4 time blood report. Xray of neck. Two times sonography of abdomen. Now when pain is started nose blocked and I can see polyps there. Covid ke bad kuch na kuch Hamesha ho raha hai. I am really frustrated and scared also. Just doctor ne jo being bataya Maine test kiye treatment liye but kuch na kuch to ho raha hai. Anybody can tell me about attached report.
