I am suffering with lower back pain and burning as well. My feet posture going outwards, right feet tilting outwards while standing and walking like pronation. My ankles and knees became so lean and weak. As of my observation the muscles near joints getting sunken. Since one year I am suffering with this. Recently one week back I met with an accident, below hip back side of my body got injured, from then my belly coming out not just because of fat and my hip joints and pelvic area paining a lot. I am not even able to rest my back while sitting and sleeping. Discomfort and pain distracting me like any thing. I am struggling with this a lot. Please suggest me to get rid of this. Thank you. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello there..... You may be able to avoid back pain or prevent its recurrence by improving your physical condition and learning and practicing proper body mechanics. Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don't strain or jolt your back — increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better.... Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain....
