Hi your description indicates likely depression and anxiety symptoms. You need to start taking things objectively without fighting with your emotions. Our vulnerabilities get exposed during stressful times leading to negative thoughts, anxiety symptoms, lack of motivation, energy, confidence etc. Take a step back and appreciate these emotions in the right context. Practice mindfulness and schedule your activities with things and activities you enjoy, meditation, relaxation, yoga, good sleep hygiene and healthy eating. If still struggling, please consult a psychiatrist for further assessment and appropriate treatment like cognitive behavior therapy and possibly medicines. Regards
