Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

My heart beat rate is high, i get cough when I laugh or speak loud. Not comfortable breathing when strucked in traffic jams.i think I can't take deep breath as I feel tightness. My inhalation time is very less. There was some mono oxide smoke test conducted in office and the number was 12 though I don't smoke. I started swimming in pool but I feel so tired to reach the other side of pool. I weight 71kg at 28yeats old with 5ft 3 inches of height. When I rin on tref mill at speed 6 5 my heart rate touches 135, When I climb steps i feel discomfort , the breath rate and heart rate increases. Kindly help me what is it i am suffering from.

I have recently done urine routine test after one instance of pink urine. Urine sample consisted of 20-30 RBC . 1-2 wbc , 1+ protien , 1-2 epithelial cells, no pathogen detected , no cast detected. Usg report show no abnormality in kidney or urinary tract or prostrate, no lesion was there . I don't have any fever or burning sensation in urine. Only mild discomfort in abdomen area. No stone was also detected in usg. Kindly help. Should I do another urine routine test

I am 33 yrs old male. I have discomfort in my chest for last 2 months. Its pinxhing pain on left side. It was same last year. Have done ECG, TMT and ECHO last year which were all normal. Recently i have done lipid profile which read as Total Cholesterol 264 Triglycerides 105 HDL 51 LDL 192 MY BP IS 130/80 and HR is 90. I DOESNT SMOKE AND DRINK AND NO FAMILY HISTORY OF HEART DISEASES. I WANT TO KNOW abt my cholesterol and how can i lower it. Which food to include in my diet.

I have pain in testicules and penis head area. I have taken scan and urine test. Scan- Ultrasonogram of scrotum===impression - left varicocele. Left epididymal cyst Ultrasonography of whole abdomen=ll Impression-Tiny prostatic cyst - Rest of the visualized abdominal viscera appears normal. Urine complete Analysis= Pus cells/hpf - 2-3/hpf Epi.cells/hpf - 1-2/hpf I am taking antibiotic medicine now. But still i am feeling discomfort and feeling sperm protection count reduced. Not getting ericted properly in morning also and feeling strengthless(hand sacks lot).I am wonder very much. Please help someone.

I'm 24yrs old female ,i fininshed b.d.s..now working as a dentist.i have a pain in the anal cavity sometimes for the past 2months..I already had some GIT problem while preparing exam..i was consulted a gaterologist ..they said it may be a IBD due to stress factor..then I took medicine for a week..aftr i relieved from that..bt now I have a mild pain and discomfort in anus while passing stool..bt pain was not continuous,.not sharp pain.its a vague pain..I'm afraid tat it's a piles.am anemic too.

One week back I got three blisters on my chest which I thought due to rough t-shirt I was wearing and may be due to either sweat or friction. I popped the blister. Next day I can see multiple blisters in the stretch where my skin folds when I sit. Again I though it's due to sweat and popped few and applied iodine ointment and later absorb powder to help it to heal. But unfortunately even after a they are still there and causing pain and discomfort especially when I sweat and move. These blisters had clear fluid. Now they look healing but as it is still paining am not sure is they are really healing. Please suggest how to get rid of these. I attached photo of the rashes/blisters with this question.

My skin has always been extremely dry, often causing peeling at various places despite regular application of various moisturizing creams. But lately, this condition has spread to my lips as well. My lips are now dry and chapped all the time, and the skin on and around the lip area keeps peeling. I have to apply Vaseline, or Boroline almost every hour without which my lips dry out immediately and causes extreme discomfort. Moreover, the dryness has also darkened my lips which is quite embarrassing. Kindly advise if this is due to some underlying condition and what remedial action can be taken.

Presented to ED referral from GP and on call gyn/ob, 5.7cm cyst on left ovary ovary 52ml. CA 125 FINE CAE fine Pregnancy Fine presented worsening pain & back discomfort Discharged oral analgesia . my cyst was 5.2. And now has a small mural nodule? What's this and do I have a high risk of Adnexal torsion? Still scared I have cancer as both sides of family have had. May have poly cystic ovary disease 12 follicles right ovary scared 17. I have been experiencing relapsing fever for past 6 months. Usually within a gap of 11-15 days. Typical discomfort experienced during fever is heaviness in the skull especially the back side, post nasal drip (not always), body ache, sudden twinge in random part of the body, general fatigue. Temperature sores up to 103.5°F. A single episode of fever continues for around a week to a fortnight. Blood tests for malaria, typhoid, dengue, etc etc suggest nothing. ESR is normal but HsCRP is high.

Its almost a week since I feel something is wrong with my penis. I used to masturbate daily, but since one week , I have noticed that my penis has gone limp, and I am getting very weak erections /  trouble having an erection. Also when in the morning when I go to poop, my penis shrinks and so does my testicles and they become completely flat. I am able to urinate without pain or discomfort. Sometimes I feel I also have dry mouth, even if I am drinking 2-3 litres of water. I have quit smoking cigarettes since the last 10-12 days, I used to smoke 4-6 cigarettes a day from the last 5-6 months. When I tried to masturbate yesterday, I got a very weak erection, and suffered premature ejaculation, without getting a full erection. My penis has become flacid, I have no sexual partner. Please help me. I am very worried about my potency and stressed about this undesirable situation. Can this be cured?
