Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I have got some kind of wound inside my mouth cheeck from last 3-4 days which seems small bulge with might be pus like swelling (light white colour) and cut with small dots marks. It pains a lot and causing discomfort while eating and opening mouth. Picture attached with wound mentioned to locate the area. Also my gums has swollen and seems like coming over last few teeth. Can you suggest what could be reason and how I can get some relief from it. I have taken becosules tab from yesterday evening but not much improvement. Since my city has lockdown till month end can't visit any dentist as well as they are not seeing in opd.

I am 26 years old with 11 months old baby.before pregnancy i never experienced any cramps or any discomfort during periods but after delivery (c-section) my period resume 3 months after c-section with severe cramps,for some periods i experience severe stomach pain,leg cramps and back pain because of this I can't even look after my baby,unable to do exercise and do household chores.what is the reason for severe cramps during periods after delivery?what to do to get some relief?

Sir i have palpitations and i done all tests in February this year and all are normal echo,ecg,lipid profile, thyroid all are normal  24 hrs monitor are also normal but by the time 24hrs monitor there is no palpitations came so it is normal and for 12-15 days gap palpitations are coming like one strong beat it cames and normal happens and daily after eating meal discomfort in upper abdomen sir it continues till 1 hr and came back to normal . I checked from last month exactly 12-15 days gap has been coming  from palpitations and when i lay down suddenly hard beats coming sir

My right ear is clogged from last one week causing severe pressure while bending, passing motion and while doing my errands. It's also causing hearing discomfort and a ringing in the right ear. I had consulted Dr. Rachit Jain one day ago and he told me it is Otitis Media and I took medication for two days, but there is no sign of improvement Please help me with the right medication. Dear sir/madam, I had been taking cinnarazine 25mg twice a day as recommended by my local doctor for the past 10 days. The following are my symptoms at the moment: 1) I feel dizzy whenever I stand up or lie down as well when bending up or down. 2) I am having phlegm (transparent/white) for the past two months 3) I am feeling slight numbness (not painful) on side of head for 1 or 2 minutes after getting up in the morning. 4) I am having discomfort in left ear for short span of 30sec to 1minute everyday. I had been extensively using high bass headphones for about 3-5 days since lockdown began. Should I continue taking the medicine or stop it? Thank you in advance.

Hello, my left armpit had been feeling a bit uncomfortable for the past month or so. The other day as i was massaging the area, I feel quiet a few rice-grain sized lumps which i assume to be my lymph nodes. None of them were swollen however 1 or 2 of them were very painful and tender when i pressed on them even though they were not swollen and couldn't be seen otherwise. A week ago, similar discomfort started in my right armpit and i found the same thing, no swelling but 1 point was tender and painful. I've also found a similar point but a bit rounder near my inner elbow on my left arm. What causes painful lymph nodes without swelling? Or could be some other type of inflammation? They are small like a rice-grain, not very hard to touch, painful when pressed, and I think are movable. Kindly advise, thank you.

From a long time I feel uneasiness in my stomach ( sort of cramps) with no stomach ache. Initially I felt hurtburn too but that is gone now. Have contacted two general physicians. On 1st physicians advise I took pantosec d empty stomach for 5 days along with vizylac capsule. But it didn't go away. Then I contacted my family physician on whose advise I took Tablet Ranidom ( stopped taking it from today onwards, as I thought it wasn't helping much) for almost 10 days, 2 times a day after meals and oford lb initially for 8 days as I had throat bacterial infection. The issue is that I still feel I have stomach cramps and I feel my bowel movement is incomplete. This uneasiness is causing discomfort in day to day life. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been having pain in left ear on and off since a week, from yesterday it's continuous. Pain is felt above the ear hole, can feel that it's internal since no swelling, no redness. I am automatically avoiding putting headphone in that ear due to consistent discomfort. Also been hearing humming sound in same left ear since 2 /3 weeks which now can hear from right ear as well since 2 days. Both majorly in night or while sleeping. Also heard heart beat kind of sound in right ear since 2 days when woke up from deep sleep. Please advice, help.

Hello Sir/Mam, So from last two days I was feeling very discomfort in my abdominal area! I feel like my kidneys are damaged! Because there was a change in how much I urinate ( less ) ! Colour of my urine is darker! I was not properly having motion (poop) ! Also I feel loss of appetite! But then yesterday evening I visited hospital, doctor examined me! And said it is something intestinal! And gave me these tablet's ( PAN-D, Meftal Spas, & O2 tablet )!! 2 times a day for 3 days!!  Also told me to drink enough water! So I took yesterday nights dose and it does feel little comfortable! But my urine was even darker this morning also didn't have enough motion (poop) But I am concerned that because I read on Google that Less urinating and darker in colour has something to do with Kidney Problem! So do I need to worry?

Hi Doctor, My sister has incisional hernia issue. She had a laparoscopic surgery 7 years before and now it seems it is again repeated. The latest report shows incisional hernia with defect size 2 cm , and with bowel herniating. She is planning to undergo surgery again need suggestions if open surgery is best or laparoscopic in future, so that recurrence won't happen. Request you to please provide the suggestion. And what are precautions to be taken in the future. She complaints about discomfort in stomach , pain and increased lower abdominal region. If we go for open surgery , will the problem won't recur in future. The first surgery she had was laparoscopic and at that time the defect size was around 7 cm... please suggest
