I have been suffering from fast heart rate with out any cause since 5 years... Symptoms are increasing now... My heart rate is always high plus fluctuates BP... Also, winters causing stress over my body causing polyuria symptoms.. Initially doc said its may be anxiety attacks but my symptoms are not responding to medicines n always come n go In 2018 to 2019, I have a problem of heat pains, heavy headache zits, full body discomforts n heat generation... Symptoms stay for 6 to 7 months then calm for sometimes automatically Now, this time new more symptoms find polyuria, on off BP, fast heart rate, n many more.. Basic reports are fine Doctor want to test metanephrine serum n catecholamines serum to find it... What should we do next?

Im diagnosed with Pcod since 7 years abd took treatment for kids for almost 3 years. Treatment includes harmone tablets and injections. I had my c section delivery in Aug'21 and didnot get any breastmilk so my baby is completely on formula feeding. I got my periods 3 months after my c section but had abnormal bleeding and spotting. Took overal l for 2 months basing on my doctors advice and today is the last tablet in my second month sheet. Im experiencing slight discomfort and have a slight painful feeling when i touch left breast. Will this be a cause of concern?

I am 22 year old who suffer angina- exertional chest discomfort radiating to left shoulder n arm.. unable to walk for more than 10 minutes I start feeling dizzy.. I had 3 tmt and 1 stress echo done in 2021- all gud.. my CT chest n mri spine okay.. my lipids bit deranged ( hdl- 35, ldl-90) I went for physiotherapy, gastric medicines but nothing worked... Cardiologist says he can't do anything more.. can't prescribe CT angio as benefits don't outweigh risks in my case Plz tell me what shud I do? Can u see if this ekg okay ? today evening I suffered so much discomfort in my chest radiating to left arm, back, abdomen I went to ER where they did ekg which checked by heart doctor n normal. They sent back with acidity n anxiety drugs.. But back at home feeling worse like dying from heart attack so went to another hospital- again ecg done but not chek by cardio.. body shivering n tremors but no chills... Stomach upset like loose motions always due to IBS n GERD.. today eaten chocolates which are worst for GERD PLZ ADVISE IF I GO TO DONE TROPONINE? It's so expensive test. Can I avoid it ? Hello doctor, I am a 22 year old, healthy fit man. Yesterday I found a single small shiny looking pimple like structure in my penis shaft, the small bump is slightly pale in colour comparing to the surrounding skin, especially the center of the bump is slightly white. It doesn't causing me any discomfort or pain. But whenever I press it, it pains slightly, not too much. Doctor, please tell me what is it ? Is it a tumor or cancer ? Is it an STI infection (But I never had sex with anyone till today, but I masterbate sometimes, 2-3 times a month) ? Does it go away on their own ? Please doctor tell me, the thing is worrying me. My father , 76 years age is facing gas problems since a long time. Height is 6 ft and weight around 90 kilos , not fat. Few years back we did all the necessary test , including colonoscopy , all the were test were normal. He says that their is no pain but discomfort due to gas. In the evening post 8pm he starts burping. His motion gets cleared in 3/4 times in a day. He takes blood pressure , prostate gland ( was recently diagnosed with enlarged prostate gland , Grade 2 size , 40 GM ). Had by pass heart surgery around 16 years ago, for that he takes a blood thinner. Kindly suggest a good Ayurvedic medicine for him.

I took an ipill in the month of October after an unprotected intercourse l. After 10 days had my withdrawal bleeding with severe cramps and medium flow. Didn't get my periods in the month of November although 1 st dec I got my periods with medium flow and heavy cramp on the first day which lasted for 4 days. Now in this month my period was scanty and blood flow was not good and lasted for 3 days only that too blood was not seen everytime. Are there chances of pregnancy because still I feel light headed and stomach discomfort. Although in these span all my tests have come negative. Kindly suggest

Firstly i had pain in left side lower back in afternoon, then got relief after putting cussion at the back while working. During evening i am having pains and stiffness in joints of both legs, light pain in arms joints. Now light back pain also there with occupital bone area pain also. From the past few days i am constpiated also, due to this i am having heavy burping. But no fever, no cough. Spo2 and heart rate is normal. Till now no contact with any covid patient and avoided large garhering also. Please guide me. The pain is bearable and not severe, but causing discomfortness.

From 2-3 days facing symptoms of Constipation, gas trouble and burping. Yesterday went for consulation with the doctor he prescribed nexpro rd 40 for my issue. I eat before the food, but when i slept for a 2 hour, i felt discomfort under the chest of both side,flactuating from one side to another, and at the same time the feeling food stuck at the throat feeling also which also flactuates from one side of the throat to another side of the throat. I'm suffering from episodic anxiety n panic attacks induced polyuria. Due to polyuria, I have to face dehydrated, dry and dull skin which cause more anxiety n stress n sadness.. So, What's the best medicine for anxiety n panic disorder n stress induced tachycardia. I feel clonazepam is the most helpful... Is it treatable? I don't want to face these on off symptoms which create more stress.. Please suggest perfect medicine course for betterment....
