Ekg chest pain

Can u see if this ekg okay ? today evening I suffered so much discomfort in my chest radiating to left arm, back, abdomen I went to ER where they did ekg which checked by heart doctor n normal. They sent back with acidity n anxiety drugs.. But back at home feeling worse like dying from heart attack so went to another hospital- again ecg done but not chek by cardio.. body shivering n tremors but no chills... Stomach upset like loose motions always due to IBS n GERD.. today eaten chocolates which are worst for GERD PLZ ADVISE IF I GO TO DONE TROPONINE? It's so expensive test. Can I avoid it ? Thanks so much for reading
