My husband Ashok  was suffering from severe gastric issues, chest burn/pain(discomfort) , unsatisfactory burping burps alot but doesn't feel satisfied , difficult to sleep until burp.. But after that medicine was fine so didn't go for tests now again from10 days suffering the same symptoms so started that course of medicine yesterday... Please do explain if milk is good to be taken, what foods to avoid, what to have as snacks while hungry.. Please give a permanent solution medicines that he take Neksium : 40 mg Rifagut Providac. Please we don't want to go for endoscopy, give a solution

Since last evening i have been experiencing these issues • throat feels swollen from inside, feels heavy. but no sore throat. slight pain at the lower end of the throat • can also feel a little bit of phlegm or something similar at the lower end of the throat • chest feels slightly heavy and compressed, experiencing a lil pain at some moments • there have been 2 moments when my heart has been beating very fast, but it calms down and doesn't last more than a few seconds • feeling very uneasy and anxious • overall feeling of discomfort because of other symptoms

Hello Doctor! I am 34 weeks pregnant .wil be entering 9th in two days so my concern is pile lump ..I got a grape sized one in 31-32 weeks and with lot of pain..but up on using homeo improvement and reduction is seen.from symptoms as well as sizd...i don't have constipation till date nor i give pressure while passing tools but don't know why this occured..improvement is seen in size but does this totally become small and mix with skin..now it's half graped size .cause don't want to undergo surgery as it has its own complications..like motion splinter becoming loose and all..i don't have major problem now except a bit discomfort and skin tag how much time do i take for its complete vanishing because after delivery i will have additional responsibilities so this should not be a problem Waiting for responses Thank you

Hello Doctor, My father 75 years old with hypertension.. recently he feels discomfort on breath. We took ECG and ECHO the results are attached ECG findings: Sinus rhythm 1st degree atrioventricular block Possible Inferior myocardial infraction Cardiologist findings: MR trivial and mild LV diastolic dysfunction Cardiologist suggested telma ct and ecosprin 75 But our general physician suggested only the hypertension medicine Please advise

I get the urge to go urinate every 2 hours, max 8 times day. I have taken my blood sugar, urine routine and USG of pelvic area which are all normal. I have no pain, burning sensation or discomfort of any kind. Except this persistent urge that came out of nowhere. I have been speak to multiple doctors and they mentioned it could be stress and anxiety. I agree to the fact that I take a lot of stress but I just want to know if any physical issue is causing this. Hi, I have constant pain while sitting, walking. Gets reduced while in sleeping position. Pain increases after motion, during motion it's discomfort and feel tightness in anal region. Also, i get feeling of going to motion around 6-7 times sometimes more. Also, at times I have observed pain is there for many days and then drastically goes to zero feeling alright(is it possible there is a pocket and gets emptied automatically) and then it restarts after 3 days. I got MRI done and fistula is detected - lateral and then going high anal. But no pocket or no abscess in MRI attached. I am taking homeopathy medicines since 1 month. Took antibiotics ciplox tz and combiflam for 10 days. Can I continue for more days ? Could you please share if it's simple or complex fistula? Should I go for laser surgery or which one is suggested for particular case?

I had ZSR Stapler Circumcision on 15th of Apr. It's been 4 weeks around but the silicon ring hasn't fallen off and there is also swelling under the glan area. I'm bit tensed if I'm healing properly or when the ring will fall off and when it will completely be okay? There is pain and discomfort in daily erection. Doctor said only to clean and keep dry the area. For first 5 days antibiotics and pain killer was prescribed then there is no medicine not even any ointment for faster healing. Discussed with the doc but he isn't friendly, haven't checked the area properly after procedure till now and haven't guided through the right way. I'm feeling so helpless and stressed that it is affecting my professional as well as personal life.

I accidentally once pressed my penis while i was urinating and the urine flow stopped and it made me feel sudden pain and it was like a shock feeling on body And few day later after that i found  blood in urine tried several antibiotics nothing worked it's been 2 months now, my symptoms are i have to wait for a longer time once i go to the bathroom to urinate and discomfort while urinating, at the beginning often 2 streams of urine comes out and then later form one stream, burning sensation in urine, itching,uti.

My baby leans fwd(pic attached) while sitting with legs open,appears as if she is putting some pressure. Prefers walking holding hands/objects & does not show any discomfort in that. Unable to understand why she is doing it or is there any issue while sitting. Her other parameters (sleeping,feeding,takes solids,urine,potty,playful,motor skills etc) r pretty fine. Currently she takes calcimax, Vitamin D & iron drops. Pls advise.

I'm having some sort of rashes or dry skin on testicles, under penis, junction at which thighs join. Having real discomfort and itching when I swet. If I rub those areas when dry, I will be having cells and swet on my fingers. Also very bad smell is coming. I have been cleaning those areas very carefully with soap but no result always there. I have used some ointments but getting a relief for few days then restarts the same. I can feel the difference of skin type on those affected areas and other unaffected areas. Seems like in affected areas top layer of skin is not there having soft and wet skin. If I somehow accidentally rub there, when scrotum contracts Im feeling like getting stabbed by pin or needle at multiple spots. What's this why it's not completely getting removed. What should I do now Please suggest team..
