Anxiety n panic attack induced polyuria

I'm suffering from episodic anxiety n panic attacks induced polyuria. Due to polyuria, I have to face dehydrated, dry and dull skin which cause more anxiety n stress n sadness.. So, What's the best medicine for anxiety n panic disorder n stress induced tachycardia. I feel clonazepam is the most helpful... Is it treatable? I don't want to face these on off symptoms which create more stress.. Please suggest perfect medicine course for betterment.... Yes, I had traumatic childhood n face a lot of discomfort from parent... Due to this, I feel worry, low n stressed at some times... Sometimes panic disorder comes automatically at night Thanks for reading. Can I take clonazepam for at least 2 months?
