I have undergone retina test in a reputed hospital, i was told that there are weak spots inside eye & barrage laser treatment is required. Just to take a secoundary openion i went to another famous hospital where i was told that - those are not weak spots its just pigmentation , LASER is not required. Im confused. If i undergo barrage laser treatment will it impact my vision ? What are the discomforts one may experience after barrage laser treatment ? Will there be any pain during laser treatment ??

Hi Doctor My 11 month old baby is doing pebble like potty since last 6 days. Once in a day she does normal potty and 2 to 3 times it's pebble like potty. It's been 10 days since we switched her from formula milk to cow's milk. I had introduced only one new food i.e papaya 3 times since 10 days. Other than that she had Apple, mixed veg khichdi, wheat pasta, ragi and sooji halwa. No discomfort is seen in her, she is active and having her food well. Regards Sandhya Mishra

I had sinus infection and migraine a week back. I used to have heavy lower back pain since a long time but recently my neck has started paining after sitting in office chair. The pain starts in the middle of back and radiates to neck, back of head, shoulder, and sometimes arms. There is a strain like discomfort while bending my neck down to see something and slight throbing sensation in back of head like the base of neck. With random neck turning there is a stinging pain in neck and back of head. I am scared is this muscle strain? It does not happen when I am home only happens during office days. Please help...

Hi, My son fell down from the stairs in school few days back. He slipped at the beginning of the stairs and reached the last step very hard. He does not know how he moved through the stairs. Luckily he remembers that he did not hit his head. No one was nearby. He was numb for some time and later he managed to get up himself. He had severe pain in the back and lower body. There was no swelling that day. Even after 4 days now, though his discomfort has reduced, he still has spark like pain around the back bone at certain postures. Is this a normal recovery or is there a need to consult s doctor? Kindly suggest.

Suffered severe pain in stomach, loose motions, tiredness so underwent endoscopy then found a polys in stomach. Biopsy was positive, continued treatment for 5 months. Consulted multiple doctors including homeopathic and  seen betterment to some extent. Before complete recovery of it now pain in rectum continuous and periodic in anus. Can't sit for long and feels very discomfort and tiredness. Always feels hungry so I take 5-6 times a meals with no oil and citrus in diet. Please provide solution to my problem.

Recently i am facing chronic dyspnea. its for the last 6 month. my s ige 201. spirometry, cbc, peranasal sinositis all report r okk.i am prescribed with montelucast 10,desloratidine 5 mg,a nasal spray. montelucast i dropped for 20 days,now there is heaviness in upper abdomen throughout the day.it makes me feel so discomfort. what can i do.is it anything about asthma,copd or others? i stopped smoking for the last 6 months.it was for 10 years back from my early age.

I have seborraheic dermatitis which has been diagnosed by a dermatologist earlier 2 years ago. Also, since 4 years, I have been suffering from a slightly wet flaky skin in my genital region which causes an itch sometimes. Also, when I rub my fingers over my scrotum/area near my thighs, skin wears off with it. I visited a dermatologist 2 months ago for the same. She recommended using Desowen lotion, which I used but with gaps on alternate days(due to my casual attitude). Now, I have discontinued it's use for the last 15 days. Since then the itch has increased, now whenever it happens, it's very discomforting. Also, the skin on the scrotum remains reddish in texture and I have curly pubic hair which are a little sharp along the length(diagnosed by the doctor who prescribed Desowen). Now from the last few days, the flaking has increased a few centimetres along my thighs. Please suggest a remedy for the same.

Hi i had pre marital sex with my colleagues who got married 2 years ago. I have abdominal pain and penile discharge and discomfort in while urinating. My urine flow s dark yellow and getting discharge n urine. I took HIV, VDRl, gonococal smear, HSV 1&2 tests 6 month ago. All tests r negative. While peeing I'm getting pain in left side of groin area. Now I'm planning to get married. I want to get rid of these problems. I regret for my mistake and I couldn't come out of it.
