Amylase 120 normal range 90, lipase 68 nkrmal ramge 64 very high abdominal pain in evening some time after eating fast food gas bloating very discomfort always..never resolved after taking lot of treatment...ultra sound normal..what problem.with me some time burning .nd sounds some time.pain in upper middle abdomen just below middle ribs.epigastric pain.please help.is this problem with pancreas

More likely it is Gastritis. But slight possibility of PANCREATITIS. Needs proper evaluation.
