Ma'am Urine protein present indicating kidney dysfunction resulting from High sugars. The lab numbers mentioned for lipase and amylase are certainly very high indicating acute pancreatic injury, see a doctor for that. History of bypass surgery+ diabetes+ inflammatory pancreatic damage + microscopic kidney dysfunction= metabolic abnormalities.
