Hi I have Serum Lipase level of 123.
Hi I have done my blood test. I have very slight pain sometimes in my back. It's a pinching pain. I have done my blood test and my serum lipase level is 123. I had a acute pancreatitis attack in 2018. Do I have chronic pancreatitis of anything else Regards Anirban

No, chronic pancreatitis is not diagnosed based upon lipase level. However the lipase level you have in this report doesn't fit for the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.
