Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

A week or so ago i had unsual symptoms like having to urinate very frequently and had weird bloating slash hardness in my stomach. now the Urination has gone away but my stomach still feels odd and hard, i often get a weird phelgmy thing in my throat as well as enlargement of the breasts in a short time, my pain is worse when i wake up i have extreme stomach discomfort and nausea as well as slight nausea occasionally during the day. I am 15 and sexually active taking aviane 28 birth control

Upper abdominal pain (feels like winding - repeatedly being kicked) - Mainly after eating. Started Thursday - very mild Friday AM - again mild Friday PM- Got much worse Saturday AM- Still awful, didn't sleep. Went to the hospital and he said I have high stomach acid and he prescribed me lansoprazole Sunday - still bad Monday AM- Much easier, less painful but winding discomfort still there Monday PM - bad again. Should I just keep taking my lansoprazole (30mg capsule 1x per day in morning) and paracetamol?

Sometimes i have itchy and burning sensation in my asshole...but then a year ago i had two drops of fresh blood in my stool n again today i had a droo of blood in my stool( sometimes it itches and burns my ass hole but whenever there is blood i do not feel and pain in my asshole) yesterday i had slight discomfort in my left stomach...a slight pain like...and i have been losing a kg month from last 6 months after dengue...but last month when i weighed...i lost 200gms...no family history of cancer...mom has externak haemorroid...i m worried...can it be cancer? Please help

Back when I was 10 I tore, what I was told,the sixth eye muscle. The muscles that move the eye in all directions. I have had 2 surgeries to try and correct this double vision I have now. Those surgeries, to what I believe, invoked moving one of the other muscles slightly over to fill the missing role. Now, at 26 I am experiencing a slight discomfort puffiness feeling around it i am unsure if it is just scar tissue that I shouldn't be worried about or if it is something I should be worried about and have surgery doe to clean it up. It does look and feel different than normal eye boogers.ine is the right eye with the abnormality and one is the health one to show the difference. I do have contacts in.

I had gone for ReLex Lasik Surgery on Saturday, 25th March 2017. However since then I am unable to see clearly. My vision is still blurry and the vision is lacking sharpness. I can read newspaper but with grat difficulty. I am on 5 eye drops - Vigadexa, Pred Forte, Dorzox, Eubri and Tear Naturale. After I put in the drops, the vision looks much better for 1 minute or 2 and then back to blurr. The doctor had advised to start working on laptop from 4th day of surgery. I am working but with discomfort. My friends had done ReLex also and were able to see clearly from 3rd / 4th day after surgery. But I am still way away from decent vision. My doctor now says that it can take upto 3 weeks for the haze to clear. I am concerned now. Pls help. Thanks !

I am 24 yr. old female.. I had first time intercourse on 17 th march and took a birth control pill(unwanted 72)..with a little discomfort..I bled for 2-3 days at start..and then after a gap of two days ..I again started bleeding..The blood flow ranges from 5-18 drops a day and is dark red to brown in colour..I am still spotting/bleeding..I experience no pain right now...My period is due next week.. And I have abstained from sex since then.. Any advice..

Hi, I've had mild pain to the left side of my belly button on and off for two years now. It comes goes every few months. It lasts about a week each time. It's mostly discomfort and no so much pain. But recently I found -mostly- dried blood in my stool. I'd say about 2-3ml maybe? Then I had healthy stools for a day or two. Then found a drop of dried blood again in my stool. I'm not sure if the abdominal pain and this are related. I got an ultrasound a few months back, I came back completely normal. It would be of great help if someone could tell me what this could be, tell me what my next step should be or point me in the right direction. Thanks. PS: I'm 26yrs old and I'm a smoker.

August 2016 - Sprained my left knee in a trek 6 months ago, got treated through - antibiotics, anti-inflammatory meds and hot packs for 15 days. Doctor had said if problem got worse, would need an MRI. It didn't. March 2016 - Started to feel slight discomfort in the left knee - felt like it wasn't aligned properly. Felt there was a slight clicking (no sound) while walking. Got MRI done. Here's what it says:- "Minimal joint effusion. Grade I intrasubstance degenerative changes in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus extending into the menisco-capsular attachment withough obvious communicating tear. Grade I intrasubstance strain in the ACL." Please suggest what I should do now. Have been wearing a knee cap for the past couple of weeks.

Having muscle strain for atleast a month. Dont remember the cause. Affected area is upper back, next to left shoulder blade. I think its just one muscle cause the pain is not spread throughout. Pain only occurs when i move my neck to the extreme left and right. More pain when moving to extreme right.the pain has definitly reduced but just concerned because usually muscle aches dont last for a month. No other discomforts. Not taken any medication only anti inflammatory gel.i am 22 year old student. College work is stressfull, so that could be a reason for the prolonged period for recovery.

I am experiencing stiffness and pain in my left knee , Everytime I move my knee , a bone clicking sound is made , and I feel some pain there..MRI indicates Partial ACL TEAR ...I have pain in my back and neck also ..I have visited 4-5 Ortho , some say that ACL is not torn and hlab27 + doesn't matter much..They prescribe some nsaids..Some have said that I will need immediate surgery..Some said ACL is not torn , it is displaced ..Some said they will use PRP to treat it .... I am very much confused ..I am experiencing pain and discomfort ...Not able to take any decision ..If ACL is displaced , will PRP help ? ,, If ACL is not torn , why 2 MRI reports from different places shows the same result ...
