Presented to ED referral from GP and on call gyn/ob, 5.7cm cyst on left ovary ovary 52ml. CA 125 FINE CAE fine Pregnancy Fine presented worsening pain & back discomfort Discharged oral analgesia . my cyst was 5.2. And now has a small mural nodule? What's this and do I have a high risk of Adnexal torsion? Still scared I have cancer as both sides of family have had. May have poly cystic ovary disease 12 follicles right ovary scared 17. Year old thank us all xx
