I have started feeling my xyphoid process since more than year now.. I am feeling it when touched.. that part does not have any pain ... I am diabetic since year now .. i have only problem is when I sit at ground , I feel stomach tight.. I never experienced this earlier .. I have been watching xyphoid process since year .. it is same feel and doesn't have any sort of pain .. I also consulted gastrologist and done Upper GI endoscopy .. nothing wrong in there .. that doctor told it is common and you are thinking too much ... I am not thinking too much .. I have just 2 concern 1. Why I started feeling my xyphoid?? When I take entire my stomach inside I feel it and I see it. 2. Why I feel tight /discomfort in stomach when I sit ground level ???

Hi my brother has had stomach discomfort for the last three months, doctor suggested some diet modification and tablets, while he was on medication now he started with blood stool, every stool he passes is with blood clots and black in colour since last three days doctor has suggested some test, proctoscopy was writing as no anal fissure, dilated mucosa at 5 o'clock position, blood and USG report is attached here , kindly suggest the best diagnosis, his LDG level is 179, his CBC was absolutely normal just two months back.

I am experiencing a sudden issue with my vision where I repeatedly see the appearance of insects in my field of view. These insects seem real, but upon closer inspection, I realize there is nothing actually there. The visual disturbance happens unexpectedly and causes significant discomfort and confusion. I've noticed a pustule (around 2mm)on my clitoris a week after having oral sex but it's painless and on touching it's just like an acne . 2 days back when I touched it broke and a solid white soft material just came out (like a whitehead but slightly big). I still don't feel any pain or discomfort but I'm concerned since it has never happened to me before . It's the first time that I'm getting a pimple right on my clitoris. I have been unable to sleep from the last 7 days, If i sleep then my sleep gets break in late night and after that i could not sleep. I have been taking these medicines, after using this medicines i got started sleep issues. 1. Nexito 5 MG ( 1 in night ) 2. Inderal 40MG (1/2 in morning & 1/2 in night) 3. PPSON DSR ( 1-0-0) I have been feeling discomfort during day time because my sleep were not proper, restlesness and a bit anxiety also happening. What to do now?.

Hello respected doctors I'm suffering from sternum popping, whenever i turn to my sides, my sternum is cracking and making pop sounds like finger joint sounds... now i always feel tightness in sternum and wants to crack it ... if not I'm feeling tightness and discomfort and very mild pain in that area when i touch there... after cracking I'm feeling temporary relief. please tell how to solve this problem any Tabss or oiintmentss? my ecgecho chest xray all are normal example pic attached

I have earlier ectopic and biochemical pregnancy history. Now in six week and three days pregnancy I noticed some brown discharge only once. Again after 3-4 days I noticed some bleeding and  discomfort in stomach In ultrasound fetal heart beat was positive in six weeks and I am taking susten vt 200  folic acid and ecosprin and clexane injection daily. On last Monday intralipid injection was also given and scheduled for IVIG injection this coming Monday This brownish discharge is matter of concern again. What should I do to avoid such situations again

One year back I had chest pain I was suggest by a local clinic Doctor for a ecg for a saffer side made a eco reports were normal then I was feeling same I was getting a red blood vomit so suggest for endoscopy Some blood test it was normal after few days of endoscopy I started feeling stammering heavyness both sides of chest I visited various doctors recently visited pulmonologist he conducted some tests and said I have some infection in lungs a mild infection so he gave in inhaler I started feeling discomfort after using it difficult in breathing not able to speak what test should I do more I am not knowing to know what had happened to me I don't feel there is any end to treat my medical  condition properly,I hope if I get any suggestion from here please suggest me any test that I can know what is happening in me please Doctors help me.

Shall I go for eco? I have been having angina like upper chest n throat discomfort and bit of fast breathing. Sometimes I get hot flashes while as my forehead remain cool..
