Blood in stool
Hi my brother has had stomach discomfort for the last three months, doctor suggested some diet modification and tablets, while he was on medication now he started with blood stool, every stool he passes is with blood clots and black in colour since last three days doctor has suggested some test, proctoscopy was writing as no anal fissure, dilated mucosa at 5 o'clock position, blood and USG report is attached here , kindly suggest the best diagnosis, his LDG level is 179, his CBC was absolutely normal just two months back.

Looks like Colitis... needs to be evaluated.... since the symptoms are there for 3 months... Blood in the stool is from the colon and black colour stool is from the upper GI tract....
