Brown discharge and bleeding
I have earlier ectopic and biochemical pregnancy history. Now in six week and three days pregnancy I noticed some brown discharge only once. Again after 3-4 days I noticed some bleeding and discomfort in stomach In ultrasound fetal heart beat was positive in six weeks and I am taking susten vt 200 folic acid and ecosprin and clexane injection daily. On last Monday intralipid injection was also given and scheduled for IVIG injection this coming Monday This brownish discharge is matter of concern again. What should I do to avoid such situations again

You are taking an overdose
Choose either ecosprin or clexane
Brown discharge in pregnancy is not normal
You need to repeat ultra sound
Rest and progesterone support is the only treatment if heartbeat is seen
