Ectopic pregnancy
Whole day no pain but in evening I have pain in my right lower abdomen and also sometimes the middle lower abdomen
Also the pain in the lower back of the back from 2 days is it ectopic pregnancy

One-sided lower abdominal pain with back pain can be an early sign of a possible ectopic pregnancy, so it's right to take this seriously. It also has more common causes like an ovarian cyst or ordinary cycle-related pain. A urine pregnancy test today is the first step, since that decides what happens next.
Next Steps
If the test is positive, please see a gynaecologist within a day or two for a blood beta hCG and an ultrasound, the only way to confirm or rule out an ectopic pregnancy. If it's negative, the pain still needs an in-person check if it continues or worsens.

Go to the emergency department right away if you feel faint or dizzy, get shoulder-tip pain, bleed heavily, or the pain suddenly gets much worse.
