After 3 week of abortion i am having a thick brown discharge is this normal?? No sign of pregnancy..

No... it could be because of retained products of conception or any intrauterine/cervical infection especially if discharge is persisting and foul smelling associated with pain or fever.
Next Steps
watch for quantity of discharge/smell/pain/fever/itching... if anything is present.. consult gynaecologist else u can wait and watch for sometime
