Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Hello, My right nipple keeps on hurting as if needle is being poked on it. The pain starts from the nipple and shoots inside. It's just the right nipple, left one seems to be fine. My 5 month old son latches very well on left side but always seem to have bad latch on right side (he'll start with a good latch and end up just having the nipple in mouth). He doesn't show any signs of discomfort. It hurts a lot when i touch the surface or squeeze. The pain usually starts when he latches and eventually goes away, but today I've been in pain the whole day. I had a bleb few weeks ago which broke and a very mild pain has been there since then. Also, I've been experiencing engorgrment on right breast since 2 days, not sure if it's related. Can someone please help me understand what's going on? I'm in unbearable discomfort right now. I am a 31 years old man with no history of colorectal cancer in family from India Since past 8 to 9 months i was experiencing anal discomfort and unusual bowel movement and mucus in stool. I Consultant gastroenterologist and even GI Surgeon i got screened via colonoscopy and ct scan in November Results i had internal hemorrhoids and moderate chronic colitis. I am taking mesalacure 1.2 gm and sompraz 40 empty stomach Though i dont have diarrhea but i still have anal discomfort.. Which i again got checked and it was fissure.. Applying hadensa cream.. Should i get myself checked again? For colonoscopy or scans.. How greater is risk of me having bowel cancer or do i have nothing to worry. Please guide.

My general physician diagnosed me with acid reflux on investigation of my symptoms, 4 days ago. I had mild chest discomfort along with increased frequency of events of belching, gurgling in stomach and chest, gas at the start (about 15 days ago). I did a cardiac screening (ECG, Echo, Lipid, HbA1c, TMT) which came negative. Now the chest discomfort and frequent belching has almost stopped, but gurgling persists and newer symptoms of diarrhoea has come up, along with occasional muscle spasms (1-2 times a day) anywhere in the body. Are these suggestive of acid reflux? If not, what next steps should I pursue?

I have discomfort in lower abdomen from 5days and even if I drink so much water like 3-4 liters. Urine is only coming like 10-11ml thats ittttt. That too only 2-3 times a day. Earlier it was all normal the urine was coming normally its flow was also normal. I have no burning sensation while peeing or after peeing. The discomfort stays all the time of the days. The color of urine sometimes become very dark yellow. What's my problem? While writing this I'm expecting genuine reply rather than "consult and discuss".

Hi, My wife has undergone minor procedure for sonohysterogram on 1st June, She has discomfort on vaginal areas, there was spotting initially on day 1 but from day 2 its like normal period like bleeding when ever go for washroom or after we get up from rest or sleep, she is feeling very low after this. The doctor who performed saying she can have a early period, we did SIS on day 10 and now on day 11 nigth the bleeding started, Can this be early period or is it something wrong during SIS or is it normal to get bleeding and discomfort for few days after SIS. It's worrying for us... please advise

Madam/Sir I saw blood in my poop twice this month , i already had done blood test , endoscopy, colonoscopy 6 months back and all report came clean with tissue biopsy non specific iliets and inflammation in ileum after 10 cm ,biopsy was taken from ileum . but this month I saw blood twice in my poop which never happened before ,blood never came in my poop before this I am very much concerned why blood is coming after all test were cleared , I don't have any other issue no pain nothing I go to poop twice a day and i suffer from mild diarrhoea my poop is always soft in pieces not completely formed , today when blood came I had little discomfort and itching at anus not much but little discomfort whole day , I am freaking out please suggest me help me out of this situation why all this is happening please help.

I need some urgent suggestion So since the past four days I have been dealing with some major chest pains which resemble that of heart attack.. a deep crushing discomfort Radiating to my left arm n right arm I am unable to like get out of my bed n do anything without this discomfort. I am also not able to sleep Now I have had 3 ecg done from Monday to Thursday N none has shown any changes. I decided to get tropinine done today for confirmation but then it costs 1200 while stress TMT costs 2000.. So I want to know what it be better like if I directly go for TMT? I had tmt in September which was negative Now the symptoms have changed I want to see if on exertion there are any changes today Please suggest me what should I do??

Hello Mam/Sir , today morning I noticed some red liquid in my poop ( photo attached ). I am not sure it is blood or not , I am having anus pain and discomfort from 2 days some hard lumps with soft stools. I had endoscopy and colonoscopy 20 days back all reports came normal just mild swelling in small instentine. Never had blood in my poop but today I got scared , please guide me what it is and if it's blood can be it because of anus pain discomfort hemarroids. Please guide me I am under medication also with antibiotics . Please suggest me I am little freaked out. Thanking you

I and my wife have been quarantined for the last 2months because my wife is pregnant. She took head bath on last Friday on Sunday she started sneezing and last two days she has cough. In the meantime, I got my first dose of vaccine. As a result of vaccine, I had a slight pain in the injection area, slight fever and headache. My wife still has some cough. This morning when I woke up I observed there is a slight discomfort in throat, sneezing. I am literally confused about the reason for this discomfort. Is this because  my wife had cold and cough or something else? Please help me sir...Now I don't have any sideffect of vaccine. Thank you.

When I lie down on my left side, I am experiencing pain on the upper left side of the adam's apple if I swallow sometimes. It feels like something is stuck at that place when I swallow lying down. I consulted one or two doctors for gas related issues along with throat discomfort in the past two months where I was told I am suffering from acid reflux/Gerd. I also consulted an ENT and he told the throat pain is due to pharangitis with globus. But the pain when I lie down like I explained at the top is very new. For the acid reflux I am on a PPI course and for the throat discomfort I am doing gargles as directed by the doctor. Is the pain I am experiencing due to acid reflux or something else?
