I am having high myopia as a marfan I have extremely poor vision and dr suggested to go for phakik iol instead of lasik. Since phakik iol is an insertion of lens inside our eye is that will be discomfortable Because when im using contact lens i feel a pressure around my eyes, head ache, discomfort and also blurry vision.. If i focus on an object for more than 2 sec the vision blurs. I cannot properly read and write even after inserting contact lens... Since phakik iol is also an insertion of lens will it be same for me as contact lens

I get burning pain / discomfort in my chest once in a while doing my cycling exercise but taking a few minutes rest or deep breathing it disappears. I have attached my echo and my cholesterol is 220 mg. TMT after first level I got discomfort and was asked to stop . The consultant was suggesting conventional angio . Can I do CT angio non invasive instead of angio gram .?? which will be better otherwise I have no other complaints. The reports are taken today . I need guidance for second opinion for to do non invasive CT angio or regular angiogram day care surgery ? I don't want to have anaesthesia unnecessarily. Thank you

Dear Sir, My 1 year and 6 months old daughter is experiencing difficulty passing stool. Her growth is normal, but she's having hard stools, which is causing discomfort and rashes in the anal area. I'm concerned about her comfort and hygiene. Could you please advise on a suitable medication or remedy to help soften her stool and make bowel movements easier for her?" Please find some more details as follows, This issue has been persisting for almost 1 month. She passes stool 1 to 2 times in a day. She experienced pain and discomfort while passing the stool. I have been suffering from gastritis from the last few years, took medications for this in last year and i felt much better and my problem have been resolved. But from the last few months i have seeing a change in my health condition like I am getting irritated, Being Mentally Down, Getting angry on silly things, When my lower abdomen gets irritated like when i feel discomfortness i feel an increase in anxiousness and feel very worried and restless. I have been feeling very much different with my body, I have been uncomfortable and these kind of symptoms and irritatuon is causing my daily activities getting on hold. When my stomach is affected, my anxiety increases. Even in other set, When i feel anxious of restless then stomach also feels very much discomfort. I do not know at the age of 28 years, I have been suffering with this issue and couldn't be able to cope up again and these things affecting my life too.

Sir/Madam, I have got one External and 1 small second grade internal haemorrhoids since almost 10 years when it was first diagnosed. Now it's reoccurred. Recently when I find discomfort at anus area while sitting on chair and after bowel movement I show it to local general suregon who has also confirm same and ask me to take sitz bath 2 times and apply pilorute ointment 2 times for 2-3 weeks . There is no bleeding or any burning during bowel movement but findings discomfort during sitting on chair and some fart problem during day Plz advise if any effective treatment is there as I am following course since 10 days or shall I continue it for 2-3 weeks . It's improved but not cured completely. No other health issues .

From last few months , I am having an acute pain in heels only when I walk after a long sitting or rest or pressed the heels . If am in rest or zero movement hardly any discomfort. The moment I start walking or getting up I feel the pain . If i press the heels it's unbearable pain . No sign of soreness. Apart from that my entire body ache when I change my position whether I start walk or try to sit or stand up . Both sides back kidney feels discomfort or pain if I try to standup or change side while sleep .

What are the other medicine available for IBS D treatment with visceral hypersensitivity. I have tried 1- librax, Ibset 2- Colospa X and Rifaxamin 400 mg 3 - Normaxin D 4 - Hyoscycomine. Only librax and Ibset have worked for me but it only worked for me for one month. Now it's not working anymore. Is there any other medicines available? I did my research there are valium and otilonium bromide. And I also heard about use of antihistamines for IBS. Please guide me. All my tests are normal. CBC, ESR, CRP, Ultrasound, Fecal Calprotectine, Stool culture. All reports are normal. Please help if you know how to treat this life degrading curse. My symptoms are left abdomen discomfort and rectum discomfort and stools not properly formed.

I am facing mild discomfort in my whole left side of the body, its come and go . The pain is never severe but its discomforting and making me anxious. I am suffering from health anxiety constantly googling symptoms. I have vitamin d levels 10 which is low . I am taking supplements from 1.5 months and proper sunlight exposure. Still sometimes this feeling come and go. All body parts are moving fine but there is a sensation of mild stiffness in whole left side in nerves . Muscles near ears are also feeling like streched out . I am facing this from 2 months . Kindly help

Hi Am 39 years old male. I have been diagnosed with uti infection for which doc has advised some antibiotics and water intake also am diagnosed with bilateral varicocele stage 2. I have slight discomfort in groin around testicles and around the genital. Doctor said this is quite normal finding and just advised about wearing good supportive underwear during any activities. Is this sufficient to settle down this ? I read about some surgeries but not sure whether it's mandatory. Will this discomfort settle over time when I start wearing tight or supportive underwears. I respect my doctors advise completely but at the same time little confused. Please help.

Please refer to the picture posted ! I have an impacted third molar since 2 yrs which is giving me constant discomfort/ irritation in the cheeks/ gums and retro molar region! Some days i feel it's settled somedays i feel super irritated and under constant dull ache! It doesn't sort of pain , but iam discomforted on that side! I've tried deep scaling/ trimming of tooth which I thought was hurting me/ got a new lower crown which was pending.. basically i ruled everything else out, but this problem is stuff there! My question: Should i take this out?
