Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Hi I have persistent chest pain since last June when I had covid. Post that I was given Asthma medicine( fumarate and budesonide) and acidity in Sep which helped in relieving SOB episodes but didn't go completely. Now earlier in Feb I did a PFT test and it came out normal. After further consultation, I was advised anxiety medicine which helped me with SOB issue(although again not completely gone). All the while there has been persistent chest pain or flare on the side and middle rib are and mostly on the right side of the chest( and sometimes on the left and both as well). Please advise. Note:- Currently on anxiety disorder and adhd medicine. Sorry for the long post. Cheers.

Sometimes I having pain near stomach which is at different different places,sometimes sensation feeling or sometimes like something in enlarging inside. Sometimes I am having pain at the bottom of of left rib. Other symptoms are I am feeling tired and urine color is little yellowish. Don't have constipation. Gas is releasing. Please suggest. Is there anything to worry? Consulted doctor nearby yesterday and medicine are:- 1. Cizaspa-x 2. Odepraz D 3.Racy (enzyme syrup) He told to take for 10days else he will do ultrasound but still no improvement. Please suggest what problem it would be?

I have indigestion problem,pain in right rib cage,right shoulder blade,nausea for months.Usg normal,Sgpt is elevated to 62,Sgot 37,Total bilirubin 1.2.Hb is 12.8 and RBC is 4.38×10^6.In endoscopy doctor said everything is reddish and there is hyperactivity.In Fibroscan report median stiffness is 3.4 kpa,IQR is 0.2 kpa ,Iqr/median is 6%.I want to know is fibroscan report normal?If normal then why I feel pain in liver area? Please help...

Since 2011 I have been masturbating thrice or 4 times a week. At first it is pleasuring, no any other problem upto my notice. But when I observed it causes pubic hair growth in armpits, thighs, butts, chest, abdomen,legs, hands,even on shaft of penis and balls I slowed down the pace for just 2 times for 10 days and it depends on situation since I am unmarried . Last to last week I had running nose, light cough with light fever 99 to 100, I took paracetamol, ivermect, livcetro, azithromycin for 3 days and vitamin supplements as per doctors prescription... I had fever for almost 3 days, 1day 100 and 2 days 99...again today I got 100 fever with dry cough and light pain in my right upper abdomen near ribs area... I did my whole abdomen ultrasound and urine test and everyone came out fine. What to do next??? I have recurrence of mild fever

I have been suffering from chest pain pains around ribs armpit shoulderblades arms and finger sometimes at thigh. Initially before 4 weeks I got diagonosed with bp of 140/90 and heartbeat rate around 105 now it have come 125/80 and 84 beat rate but still I face pains and initially I had indigestion problems and i took medicines and now 70 percent cleared and now I talking levosulpiride,pantocec,chlordiazepoxide tabs but nowadays I have recurrent pains and palpitations what would be the reason for this sometimes I fear of having heartattack please tell me what to do (note: ecg echo normal gastric doctor said no need of endoscopy) help me please

Hello dr, i have mild pain in upper abdomen left side below my ribs. frequent burping and bloating. passing stool only once in 2 days. i have mild back pain and inbetween my shoulder blades. sore throat and a dry cough. sometimes a gas trapped in throat that irritates much. i consulted General physician and he told to take pandaprazole 40mg Tab and Tramadol Tab for 3 days. no improvement on taking medicines. i dont drink and smoke.

These problems started more than 3 months ago. My stomach remains bloated the entire day since 3 months also it feels full and i dont feel like eating food. At times i get vague stomach pain too. There seems to be a lump or protrusion on my upper left abdomen at the end of my ribs and has been growing ever since. I dont know if its something to be checked or not. I have no pain there, it just feels stiff. I also have been sweating a lot at night and at times soaking the bedsheet too. The night sweats have reduced now. But now my lower back hurts a lot and at times is focused on the right lower back. These are all the problems ive been having. Please do provide me with insight as to what these problems are due to and provide me a solution. Thank you.

Hello my ige level has come out to be 275 and dt. Said that it means i have allergy. But for last 2 months i have experienced a change in my breathing pattern while standing up.. my stomach goes in sometimes when i want to deep breath as if it contracts to my rib cage.. i asked about this to the dr , he said that it may be because of allergy but i am not sure. It looked like he was also not sure.. This does not happens when i am sitting or lying down. May be i notice more.. but i experience this. Got a PFT done and the reports are ok. What can it be then?? What else test do i need?? Any ultrasound or xray of stomach.. Please explain.. I am developing anxiety because of this. I have lost 4 kgs wt in last 2 months because i cant sleep properly or is it a sign of something else.. Please help me

Hi, Am having constant lump like think in left side below my rib cage. Some times it happened bcos of gas prob... But most time it ll nvr gone... Pain in left side. Digestion is good and bowel movement also good. If I have any spicy food , even in a little quantity also getting pain ... Previously I was under treatment for ulcer. Since I was suffered from stomach pain and blood in vomit. And scan was done. Found tat am having crack like in food pipe near stomach. Doc said the crack is the reason for blood in vomit... He prescribed some medicines... I had it for 1year... Later I found everything was ok .. But now suffering from pain and swell in left side and sometimes face also got swelled. So which doc I shld visit for...?? And wat may b the solution for this problem.
