Hi Sir, last month I had discomfort in my chest and pain. Doctor suggested me to go for full body checkup in which sugar, ecg, echo, tmt, chest x-ray, lipid, pft test were done . All results were normal except for cholesterol. Total cholesterol is 219.0 , LDL is 154 , HDL 36.0.  doctor suggested me to reduce weight and prescribed tablet Rosuvas for cholesterol . My bp is around 140/90. Weight is 110kg. Now after a month , I am again feeling chest discomfort with mild pain sometimes. One day I was feeling short breath which increased on lying flat. Feeling dizziness too. Please advise. I am not taking any bp medicine, but just now my father's surgeon sugegsted me to take Amlodipine to. I just called and asked him for coursey advise. Is Amlodipine good?

A week before, did hand job 2 times In a day and I did frequent 2 days and after few days I am feeling slight pain in my right testicle i.e if I touch that as well then there is also very slight plain which I feel has a connection with the upper part of the same on the very right side only and then I got stressed so I tried to do home gym tk check whether is there any pain by lifting some weights so I found nothing I can pull of the rod and dumbell without any pain I can walk as well but I am feeling slight discomfort or what is it slight pain that means I am feeling some tension in right testicle whereas, the left one is very fine without any issue and please note that the pain is in very low volume it feels like some discomfort that means it's not a normal like left one, so I don't know what's happening and what's going on what should I do during this lockdown period or you can suggest me from what problem I might be suffering so that would be great for me.

Dear Dr. I'm 28yrs male. Had pre marital sex with multiple partners. Hence I have discomfort in urination and I have small Fordyce spots like on my penis foreskin and I'm getting white discharge in urine. I have discomfort in left abdomen and groin area. I have taken many HIV tests and vdrls which is negative for last two years. Recently I took hsv 1&2 that too negative. But still seeing my penis I feel scared and depressed whether I have infection or I may get it. Since I'm getting married next year, will it create any problem. I have itchy over my penis. I have taken other tests too. My amalyse value is 138 and Hdr is 15.65. And diagnosed with pre diabetic and thyroid. Please help me Dr. I'm sleepless over worrying this. It's been two years since I slept well. Please guide me what to do next. Thanks in advance.

I m suffering from Neuro dramatists past 8 years. The same is managed by taking Cyclosporine 100 twice a day. Recently i had acute renal failure and all the medicines have been stopped. While doctors have now started Tab Histafree and TabTeczine, but these are helpful only partially. I continue to have high degree of itching and discomfort. On top of it if I m using hair colour, it is causing very high degree of discomfort. May i request your views / inputs. Whether in can ever go back to Cyclosporine? Or any alternative but benign medicine shall help. Kindly suggest. Tks

Hi This is about my husband. On saturday he shows a small cyst/wart/lump like thing on his inner thigh. I have attached the picture. There is no irritation or pain. But when he wears jeans or presses hard on it there is discomfort and it burns little. Other wise there has been no continuous pain till date and there is no pain. Only when he walks or wears jeans or pants and walks there discomfort and it burns a little. My query is 1. What is this called? 2.what causes this 3. How this can be treated 4. Can this be done through medicines?as we dont want any surgical procedure to be done on it. Please suggest what is the best that can be done.

I done endoscopy in that duodenum cap erosions and done colonoscopy in that one ulcers in rectum done usg abdominal it is also normal. But i am facing abdominal discomfort please suggest me what to do. Symptoms:- 1.Abdominal discomfort 2.heavy bloating at empty stomach early morning and normal in day time. 3.back pain feeling hard. 4.while moment in intestine make sound. 5.changing in shape of motion. 6.feeling full after short meal or dinner. 7.undigested food in stools and no bleeding or no blood in the stools. 8.motions 3-5 times. Please let me know what is the problem and suggest me what i do further.

I have been having a pain in my Adam's Apple Area for a few hours now. The discomfort is not located on the left or right side of my Adam's Apple. It is located in the center right where the Adam's Apple is, and also about half an inch below my Adam's Apple. I do have acid reflux disease, although my symptoms have not been as bad as they were about 2 weeks ago. I have had this pain before and it is probably from my acid reflux right? I can still swallow perfectly fine, it's just a discomfort in my Adam's apple area. It has gone away before. But is this a sign of anything serious? What should I do to heal this? I tried taking 2 TUMS but it did not help.

I am experiencing burning sensation/discomfort in the penile region from almost 3 weeks with sometimes more freq of urination I underwent urine tests (urine routine checkup & urine culture),USG KUB ,CT scan and all were fine .So doctor suggested me following medicines saying I have prostate congestion :Doxycycline 100 mg (twice 3 weeks) Alfoo:one daily bed time but after 2 weeks of taking medicine,I am still having same discomfort occasionally .Can you advise

Im 20 years old married girl. Was suffering from throat discomfort belchings bloating dark brown stool.. Consulted gastro on 9 feb started taking my medicines from 10.. Medicines are tab- LESURIDE 25MG 2 times morning and night and tab CINTODAC before breakfast... Started medicines all was good today i didnt have lesuride at night now im feeling like faint detached from reality and suffocation and throat discomfort.. Is it because of not taking medicine today or because of my acidity..
