Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I'm having gastritis issue for past 3 weeks. I'm feeling discomfort in the chest area, belching all day, feeling weak and energy less. Feel like eating every half an hr to overcome the discomfort. It has become more for past 4 days. I took Rabeprazole 20 mg for first 4 days. It didn't help for long time. Started taking pan 40 twice a day for last 3 days. I'm feeling a little better but not completely. Feeling stressed too and it feels like it's increasing the gastritis issue. I keep drinking warm water. I don't eat junk, oily or spicy food n I stopped taking coffee/tea since 2 months. Can I continue the same pan 40, if yes, for how many days. Please help.

My father aged 56 having pain in wrist for 2 years. While consulting with doctor for the same he advised for TB test (CB-NAAT) suspecting it's due to tb. The report came negative for test but still he asked to continue the medicine saying it's presumptive treatment. After having medicine his urine colour has changed to orange colour and having more cough and discomfort. He is also having pain in his legs from last 1-2 months. The medicine also causing lots of discomfort. Kindly advise if it's correct to continue with TB medicine and what could be side effects and risk in it. TB test report and medicine for treatment is attached.

Sir/mam i am hearing some crackling sound in my left ear after my left side wisdom tooth removal two months ago..but it goes away when i pop my ear but day before yesterday when i popped i felt a sharp pain in my ear and also screeching sound and nowi still having some discomfort and little pain around my ear..I usually pop my ear after using salt water in my nose...my doctor gave me cepodem xp 325 and a nasal spray otrinoz.....I completed a 10 days course of augmentin 625  15 days ago because of some dental issues... ....There is discomfort in my left ear still now..My hearing is not effected its all right...should i take the above medicines.

Dear Doctors,  My name is Dimpy Srivastava. I live in Gurgaon. I am a housewife. I have a 2-year-old daughter who still breastfeeding. My biggest problem is weakness which has been going on for many times. So also comes chaakar as well. Whenever I go to sleep at night, there is a strange discomfort in my legs, I feel very nervous, I do not understand what is happening. I feel a lot of pain, especially pain in the feet and discomfort due to it.I have this problem of restlessness almost daily at night .. I wake up in the morning and still feel very weak and tired. I have done some tests on the suggestion of someone, please guide me by looking at the reports. Hi Sir, last month I had discomfort in my chest and pain. Doctor suggested me to go for full body checkup in which sugar, ecg, echo, tmt, chest x-ray, lipid, pft test were done . All results were normal except for cholesterol. Total cholesterol is 219.0 , LDL is 154 , HDL 36.0.  doctor suggested me to reduce weight and prescribed tablet Rosuvas for cholesterol . My bp is around 140/90. Weight is 110kg. Now after a month , I am again feeling chest discomfort with mild pain sometimes. One day I was feeling short breath which increased on lying flat. Feeling dizziness too. Please advise.

Feeling extremely tired, fatigued, exhausted, low energy, low vital strength and these r creating lots of mental discomfort..very much disturbed mind...cant concentrate to anything..confused mind...trying to analyse the nature and characterized of the problems but not get any conclusion....this turns more complication....total unhappiness....a nagging discomfort in head...currently on Devenlafaxin..buspirone...Clobazam...extreme anticipatory anxiety about health.  please help me..counselling not helps me.

I have been experiencing pain on and off. I don't feel pain during excretion, but I feel pain in anal region an hour or so after. Pain/discomfort lasts for few hours and after that it's all normal. Also this does not happen everyday. But when it happens it causes pain, and standing seems to feel better than sitting. Standing is also discomfortable but less compared to sitting. I have to use a bit of force when pooping. What could this be? Can you recommend some fiber medicine. This happens once or twice a week when I eat outside food. I try to eat lot of fruits. And stools don't seem very hard. I exercise everyday. I dnt have any other problem. Pls help.

I had gas, diarrhea and an episode of constipation in last month(November 2019).  Was given a course of Rabonik, Urcosol and Vizylac for 10 days. Things were fine during and after few days of medication. But since last 2 days I've been experiencing anal discomfort. There's no to minimal pain and itching near anus. I've not noticed any visible blood in the stool. No pain in abdomen as such. I've also noticed thin stool a couple of time. I have got history of gallstones and grade 1 fatty liver. Whats bothering me is thin stool and anal discomfort. What could it be?

Around 2 year back I suffered with chronic utriceria for 1 year and I used to get more rashes when Constipated and some discomfort in left lower abdomen, during that time little lumps on head formed and are slowly growing , my utriceria got into remission, but some discomfort in left lower abdomen remained, and my stools is always soft but never normal since 2 years and the lumps on head there is an increase in size, experiencing headaches and pain in right eye and fluctuations in eye sight, and my hair near the lumps is lost and few hair present is very thin.(no blood in stool) . Please explain what's wrong with my body.

26 year old female, 160 lbs 5’2; no history of illness. No medications. Chronic constipation since childhood. BMs 2-4 times per week. Stools very large and long though not necessarily hard. On and off abdominal discomfort (level 3-7) that is random and doesn’t seem to correlate to any triggers. Fluttering sensation in area. Tenderness/discomfort when laying on left side. No blood in stool. No changes in BM. No nausea, vomiting etc. Sometimes indigestion but not regularly.
