I've been feeling tightness in face along with some heaviness in neck and lower head from 4 days.I think my jaw bone is also paining.And the area below the eye is also in discomfort. The pain is only presents in right side.Its very discomforting in nature. I cannot figure out whether it is a muscle strain or something other. Before getting this problem,I had a sore throat, cold and runny nose.And doctor prescribed me antibiotics for 3 days. I think my nose is clear and no mucus is there but its conjested due to deviated septum. Its very disturbing problem and I cannot concentrate on my studies. What can be causing this? Is this sinusitis or any other problem.

Hi Doctor, I had a chronic fissure for 6 months, which has now healed, with no pain or symptoms for the past 1.5 months. I noticed a small bump, so I consulted a colorectal surgeon. He said it is  intersphincteric fistula likely to be about 2 cm and advised an MRI fistulogram and surgery. Since I have no pain, discharge, or discomfort, is the MRI & surgery necessary now, or can it be observed and when discomfort arises do MRI and then surgery ? Could leaving it untreated cause a bigger issue later? What would you recommend?

I was constipated for the last 2 days. Today I passed stool, and it was a little hard. While passing it, I had mild discomfort, but the discomfort went away afterward. After I finished, I noticed a small amount of bright red blood mixed with the toilet water and a pea-sized bright red blood clot on the toilet seat. When I wiped, there was only a very faint pinkish-red stain on the toilet paper. There wasn’t a large amount of bleeding, and I haven’t noticed any bleeding since. I don’t think it was menstrual blood. Could you please let me know what this could be

I have swelling in my outer anal area from last 30 days. There is no bleeding, or pain. Just a discomfort while sitting too long. It started after my 300 km bike ride. Also I had Diarrhea before that so then for IBS my Gastroenterologist doctor suggested one tablet which helped me a lot for IBS symptoms, but this anal swelling he had only given anovate cream which done nothing for swelling. My stools are always very soft. But now I am feeling very discomfort in anal area. Please give me suggestions on what to do or a simple treatment for this.. I think it's hemorrhoids.. I've had right-eye strain since 2020. Various treatments, including prism correction and vision therapy, didn’t help. Recently, a cylindrical-only prescription reduced the strain, but mild discomfort persists. My dry eye test results: NIBUT – 9.6s (OD), 17s (OS); Tear meniscus height – 0.30mm (OD), 0.26mm (OS); Lipid layer thickness – low; Meibomian gland loss – 22% (OD), 17% (OS). Despite proper breaks and lighting, the strain continues. Could my dry eye condition be a factor? What treatments or lifestyle changes would you recommend to reduce discomfort?"

Since last week, I have been experiencing pain in my neck, specifically above the spine. The discomfort worsened yesterday, and this morning, the pain has become unbearable. The pain is concentrated on the left side, extending from the neck area to above the left shoulder. I am unable to move my neck to the left without extreme discomfort. If I accidentally turn my neck to the left, it becomes very difficult to bring it back to the front. I also experience difficulty in moving my neck up and down, which causes severe strain-like pain. The pain feels like intense muscle strain or stiffness, making even slight movements painful. I work as a software engineer, spending long hours on a laptop, which may be contributing to my condition. I would appreciate your guidance on the possible causes and the best course of action.

Since 2-3 days I have been observing this pimple around my anal area. It's not hurting or causing any discomfort,but very mild discomfort while is pass stool and on cleaning . For tail bone pain I'm sitting in hot water tub since last 3days on doctors advice and seeing mild improvement so far. No BP ,No sugar. No other health concerns How to get rid of pimple at the anal area.any home remedy/medication that can address the issue. Plz suggest .

I've been operated with core decompression with fibular grafting surgery on my left hip one and a half year back! I was suffering from avn stage 2. I've been smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol since past six months. I've have realised that I should not supposed to be doing those and I quit!also I don't feel that avn pain per se but I have some discomfort in some of the hip movements and fell weakness in that leg.So my question is,is my lifestyle compromised for the rest of my life? And am I supposed to have sex? I've tried but I'm scared of certain position and wasn't able to perform. How do I make my situation better? Should I gonna lead a compromised life? Is this discomfort permanent? I'm very confused and scared please give me an elaborate answer.

Hi I am taking isabgol last 1.7 years back. After fissure operation I am taking regularly at night. Now I have excessive acidity problem. Two months back after operation first time I had loose motion. After loose motion I had some symptoms till now like I have abdominal discomfort, excessive acidity, loss of appetite, feeling like I have to go washroom.All the time I have this symptoms. Before loose motion I did not have this symptoms. I am worried about this. I am feeling hot inside my stomach. After pooping I feel discomfort every single day. I took medicines also . I took antibiotics and prebiotic for 10 days. Nothing happened. Plz help

Hi doctors I had breast usg including both armpits on September 2023 as they had found a cyst in December 2022I don't have any history of family breast cancer nor I have symptoms so for safer side I repeated the scan againThey found 0.2mm birads 2 cyst in right breast which is of same size From last 1 week I found a painful pimple under my right armpit which was causing little discomfort now no discomfort but it still exists I checked if it's lump but didn't feel anything hard when pressed i felt only skin it looks like pimple it's so small but I have anxiety So I have attached a pic of it and circled the pimple or boil I don't know what it is is this breast cancer or do I have to repeat scan again am not understanding Thanks in advance
