Sir I am suffering from chest discomfort last one year , hands pain , back pan jaw discomfort some time. I have done all the test 6 months back and one year backlike ecg echo tmt and blood test like tropinin I and t , lipid thyroid sugar and all the reports were normal. My bp at home normal and doctor clinic some time 130/90 or 140/90. Recently I have done endoscopy and I have gerd problem. And vitamin b 12 difficincy and d for that I have taken 2 months treatment. Always feel like as herat attack Please please advise. I have sinus bradycardia with sinus arrthyamia. Heart beat 48to 59

Hi, I had chicken pox starting 4 weeks ago. I have healed from it. 3 weeks ago when I had active blisters I had a mild redness in my left eye with no vision disturbances. 2 weeks back I still had the redness along with some strain when I read/look at my mobile phone. I went to an ophthalmologist who tested and told me that the discomfort is due to the healed blisters inside of my eye. He has prescribed a lubricant for a period of 3 months. I still have the same discomfort stated above. Should I be concerned about this or will all of this resolve automatically?

Hi doctor I got my Inguinal Hernia operated on 1st July 2020 it was an open surgery because of ICMR Guidelines there was no Laproscopic surgeries happening that time. It went successful and there was just a normal discomfort as wound was fresh. Its been more than 5 months now but from last few weeks I am feeling discomfort and little bit pain in the Hernia area specially the incision area. There is no such swelling but I feel bit tight and pain at the hernia area I don't feel a mesh now when I touch that area with my hands but sometimes I feel pain. Please guide me is there any serious issues or it is just a normal thing after hernia repair and when can I expect complete comfort ane fine like before hernia?

Hello Sir/Madam, I am feeling mild upper abdomen ache constantly and discomfort, if I lay down on bed I feel breathing difficulties. Took Ultrasound scan for abdomen 6 months back and it states that fatty liver and small stone in both the kidneys. Started medication in past reduced pain, but still upper abdomen pain there. Recently visited GI regarding my situation and Dr gave medicines(Razo 20, rifagut 400 and ranitin 300) pain not there for a week afterwards mild ache is back and discomfort in upper abdomen. Kindly advise. Thanks in advance.

Hello sir/madam i am 32 year old having 2 year old baby... i am suffering from constant breathless since 5 months... this feeling of chest discomfort remains 24×7. .... some days worst that others... all the test like Spirometery,Ecg, Kidney, CT of chest are normal... taking formotrol and budesonide inhaler but doesnot give any relief... even my pulmonologist was not able to diagnose the problem... so he end up giving me some stress related medicines... stelospam... but didnt find any relief... i also suffer from chronic cough in every winters starts from november and ends in march or april every year since 8 years... is it asthma or copd... whenever i bend forward or exert myself a bit i felt breathless and chest discomfort ... plz suggest me something...

Male 30, getting fevers 100-101 deg F for few weeks on and off. Routine urine examination 2nd time shows few bacteria, epithelial cells present and 6-8HPF. Major discomfort is fever and headaches plus body ache. Slight burning in urination but not a big discomfort. First time experiencing this. Urine culture reports awaited (in another 3 days). Shall I start antibiotics now and which? Or wait for culture report?

I had GERD post my baby delivery. For past 1.5 yrs, I did not have any gastric issues. For past 3 weeks, I'm facing this problem which persists throughout the day. As soon as I wake up, I start feeling the discomfort. Belching throughout the day, feel like eating every half an hr to one hr to overcome the discomfort. If I eat even a little I'm feeling the tummy is full but I get the urge to eat something immediately. Also feeling weak and energy less to do any small work too. This is adding more stress. Is there any permanent cure in homeo. I'm tired of taking antacids which is not helping much. Due to this issue, finding difficult to take homeo medicines with half an hr gap before n after food. I'm unable to give the gap most of the times to avoid acidity. Please advise.

I'm having gastritis issue for past 3 weeks. I'm feeling discomfort in the chest area, belching all day, feeling weak and energy less. Feel like eating every half an hr to overcome the discomfort. It has become more for past 4 days. I took Rabeprazole 20 mg for first 4 days. It didn't help for long time. Started taking pan 40 twice a day for last 3 days. I'm feeling a little better but not completely. Feeling stressed too and it feels like it's increasing the gastritis issue. I keep drinking warm water. I don't eat junk, oily or spicy food n I stopped taking coffee/tea since 2 months. Can I continue the same pan 40, if yes, for how many days. Please help.

My father aged 56 having pain in wrist for 2 years. While consulting with doctor for the same he advised for TB test (CB-NAAT) suspecting it's due to tb. The report came negative for test but still he asked to continue the medicine saying it's presumptive treatment. After having medicine his urine colour has changed to orange colour and having more cough and discomfort. He is also having pain in his legs from last 1-2 months. The medicine also causing lots of discomfort. Kindly advise if it's correct to continue with TB medicine and what could be side effects and risk in it. Sir/mam i am hearing some crackling sound in my left ear after my left side wisdom tooth removal two months ago..but it goes away when i pop my ear but day before yesterday when i popped i felt a sharp pain in my ear and also screeching sound and nowi still having some discomfort and little pain around my ear..I usually pop my ear after using salt water in my nose...my doctor gave me cepodem xp 325 and a nasal spray otrinoz.....I completed a 10 days course of augmentin 625  15 days ago because of some dental issues... ....There is discomfort in my left ear still now..My hearing is not effected its all right...should i take the above medicines.
