Next Steps
There is no magic SOS tablet, but these work well: ✔️ For Burning Relief (Best Option) Tab. Levocetirizine 5 mg – 0-0-1 at night for 3–5 days Reduces irritation-related burning. ⸻ ✔️ For Rectal Burning (More Effective) Rectal suppository – Anobliss / Proctosedyl (if available) 1 at bedtime for 5 days. OR Hydrocortisone + Lidocaine rectal ointment Apply inside anus (pea size) twice daily. This gives faster relief than oral medicine. ⸻ ✔️ Gut Protection Continue: Pan 40 morning empty stomach for 5 days. Add: Probiotic capsule once daily for 5 days.
Health Tips
Most rectal burning is aggravated by: • Spicy food • Tea excess • Coffee • Pickles • Long sitting • Late night sleep • Stress For 5 days: ✔ Avoid spicy food ✔ Increase water ✔ Add curd / buttermilk ✔ Sitz bath (warm water sitting) 10 minutes at night This alone often resolves symptoms. ⸻

Dear Patient, Burning sensation in the anal or rectal area without pain, swelling, or bleeding is commonly due to mild inflammation of the rectal mucosa. Possible causes include acidity related irritation, spicy food intake, loose stools, early piles, fissure irritation, or local infection. Since your bowel movement is smooth and there is no bleeding, it appears to be a mild condition. What you should do Avoid spicy, oily, and very hot foods for a few days Drink plenty of water and include fiber such as fruits and vegetables Maintain local hygiene and wash with lukewarm water after passing stool Avoid prolonged sitting on hard surfaces Medicines that may help Pantoprazole before breakfast for 5 to 7 days if acidity present A local soothing ointment for anal region can reduce burning If burning persists, short course of probiotics may help gut irritation consult me If symptoms last more than one week If bleeding, pain, swelling, or discharge appears If there is fever or severe discomfort For further guidance and personalized treatment you may text me on Practo anytime.
