In the month of june i sprained my ankle.it got slightly twisted.i visited a bone setting center they said i sprained my feet and applied a bandaid.he askd for 5 sittings which i doscontinued it. I find a very mild swelling n discomfort in the ankle even now.did not get a xray or scan done. Long walks or standing for long or any kind of strain leads to pain Theres not as such pain but mild prikin and discomfort and slight pain .its been 3 n half months for now it feels the same. I cannot run or walk freely.it priks.please suggest wat tobe done.

I approached Clove Dental for complaint of toothache in 4,5 on the upper right teeth. They suggested RCT in both which has been done 4 times in each tooth. Now with and without the caps, the pain has increased. After so much efforts to continuously inform my increasing discomfort to Clove, they have asked me to get the CBCT done of the RCT treated teeth. Is it advisable n clinically necessary? Please do note that any x-rays or clinical history is unavailable as it was done at a private clinic. Also, the consultations undertaken were with the private practising Dentists, hence no documentation is available. I in no way want to retry RCT again for this teeth. It has repeatedly failed and added lots of unwanted harassment and increased discomfort and stress levels. Is CBCT required and clinically needed for further diagnosis?

Hi doctor ,My daughter is 7 years old.day before yesterday afternoon my daughter ate tamarind rice and egg for lunch.evening she drank pediasure after 10 mins she ate one orange after 1 hour she told me my tummy is discomfort i am having a feeling of vomiting.sunday early morning 1 am ,totally she vomited 3 times for 1 hr interval.afterwards she didn't vomit but she is not eating properly she s having gas pain and nausea and some discomfort in tummy and some time passing gas. for past two days .please tell some medication.

For the past several months, I’ve been experiencing numbness and tingling in the groin and both glutes, especially after sitting for even short periods (10–20 minutes). The discomfort also extends to the lower legs and feet, mostly as tingling or heaviness. Symptoms temporarily improve after taking B12 supplements, but the relief lasts only a few hours. I am currently taking Meganeuron as prescribed by a urologist. No significant pain while walking or standing, but sitting causes discomfort quickly, especially on hard surfaces. This is interfering with daily life and productivity. I’m wondering if this could be due to nerve compression, irritation (such as pudendal or sciatic nerve), or muscular tightness. Please advise what this could indicate

Hi doctors just completed mbbs and doing my ruralship Problem is that I have stomach issues since 8 years problems I face are discomfort in stomach anal region discomfort, smelly stool and even rice and sambar makes me bloated and I have undergone endo and colonoscopy both r normal some doctors says it has ibs and some has sibo.But I pass stool regularly and even following low fodmap diet but not got results.I have spent lot on this issues pls any one guide me on What to do bcz I'm unable to study bcz of worries...

After my incomplete medical abortion, I had RPOC Evacuation on the 19th of June. Post the process, I had slight discomfort with bare minimum bleeding. After 3 days I had no bleeding. However, yesterday ( to be specific on the 13th day post the D&E) I had slight bleeding (not at all dark instead light) and today as well with some abdominal discomfort ( kind of period cramps). My question here is, are these my usual periods? After how many weeks post D&E, a woman can have normal periods?

7-8 months back I had RCT on one tooth but my doctor patiently treated my tooth and closed the RCT after 10-15 sittings But I was feeling discomfort for many days afterwards as well. I could see blood in toothpaste, I used to fill pull in gum area. Also it doesn't hurt much but when the teeth is pressed it hurts. I feel discomfort in that area. I went to the doctor again he did x ray. In xray nothing came but he saw leakage in the cap as I was having sensitivity issues as well. He has done permanent filling on the leakage areas (all sides of the cap has permanent filling) The sensitivity has gone now but I still feel irritated in that area. Currently I apply gum paint and do salt gargles. Please help we what to do what could be a cause of this? Attaching my latest XRay

I have H Pylori, Las lex, duodenal ulcers, esophagitis and esophagus ulcer. I had chest discomfort, throat scratching and throat lump, lot of burping. I completed triple therapy for h pylori a week ago. I was good for 3-4 days. Now my symptoms have returned. I still have throat discomfort (not as intense), tiny burps very often plus stomach ache, constipation and bloating has started. My diet is very clean. I am very tensed. Will I every become normal.
