Hello .. I am experiencing this black spot on 22sept it was not painful Nothing .. The gum turned black under the teeth .. The teeth is filled with silver filling ... But now that black spot is causing discomfort while eating ... I can drink hot or cold drinks even there is no swelling ..but it cause discomfort while eating food .. Why and what is the cause of the black spot on my gum just below my teeth Also this side ..my wisdom teeth have appear ..after that this spot was develope .. Please suggest what should i do .. Is this black spot cancerous???

Is it sinusitis?? I  keep get phlegm frm roof of my mouth .. I have nose discomfort and mild eyes and forehead pain .. manageable pain... Till 2019 I use to get common cold every month before few days to periods .. 2019 Dec I got viral fever i have heavy cold for two months later in 20 20 I dint get cold once also..this year in April I got covid during that time my nose was blocked..no running nose . But nobody now frm past 15 to 20 days I have this discomfort...it is not regular.. it come and goes .I always have dry nose

I have frequent urination and erge to urinate and sometimes urgency..bloating of stomach..discomfort and burning sensation inside penis...pressure in the penis region area and bloating in the stomach and pressure and discomfort feeling slight below belly button tight jeans sometime cause problem...pressure in pelvic region when bladder full and feel better and relaxes and feel normal after urination..when i go outside in market area i find toilet to urine and feel better after and sometime normal after urination...whats problem of disease is this?...suggest disease name and what should i do treat this problem

Around 1 week back my leg twisted while walking and i fell off and was diagnosed with 5th metatarsal fracture . Plaster cast was applied and my pain was relieved within2-3 days . Now from yesterday i'm feeling slight discomfort in the fracture region, its not pain but slight discomfort feeling. Is it normal or should i get it checked once again, my doctor told me to come after 2 weeks. I have a 6 month old baby so taking calcium supplements as well. What should i do? How long will it take to heal completely as i have a marriage of close relative after 2 weeks, can i travel by car or train? And are there chances that my fracture will not heal?

Hello I am a 36 years old male having niddle prick like sensation for last 1 month intermittently not daily on left sided top of head at a particular point that comes suddenly last for few seconds then automatically goes off. Then sometimes I feel mild pain or discomfort that radiates to left sided eye, Ear then back of the neck that also goes off automatically. It's not pulsatile. Pain is also not severe it's mild but make me feel discomfortable. Sometimes while rotating my neck  I also some kind of irritation on that particular point of left sided top of head. Other than that I don't have any other problem regarding that. Kindly tell me what might be the cause and what should I do?

Hello there, i am male 25, i am getting problems regarding urination, and its getting worse. I was not aware about this until now. Problem is i am having frequent urination, in day as well as in nights and still feel like my bladder is not empty completely. I dont have any discomfort or regular burning sensation during urination. Its rare when i drink 2 or 3 litres of water, but mostly i drink above 5 litres of water, and still feel thirst and quench. I also have problem of dribbling and the flow of urine is very low. Also i feel like it causes me erectile dysfunction and low libido. I did some research on google about it.. and i found two reasons for it UTI and Prostate enlargement but i dont have other symptoms like fever, or discomfort like burning sensation, i just have symptoms mentioned above. And its getting worse day by day. What medical tests should i do or what should i do to diagnose what problem do i have ? Uti or prostate enlargement. Please guide me properly . Thank you.

I suffered from muscle spasm and took zerodol th 8 for 8 days along with Pregabid NT tablet which doctor prescribed.Its around 1 week I stopped medicine. I don't feel any considerable pain now but when I sit down for long time I feel discomfort in my back with slight non- continuous pain which disappears after I change position or lie down. Similarly in my abdominal muscles I sometimes feels slight pain or discomfort for few seconds when I lie down after being in some other position for long time. Will it go away with rest or further treatment required?

Hi,I am suffering with mild chest stiffness but it's not heavy and no discomfort some times I feel mild pain.I am suffering from it since 10 days.Among this 10 days I had some burining sensation on both the chests but rem.aining days I am having some discomfort on left side.I don't have any breathing issues,no cold,no cough,no fever,no dullness .Attaching ECG scan report that I took today and I took complete body test which says my cholesterol levels are normal. Bp yesterday:119/81 today:135/85

My 4.5 months old daughter is having gas discomfort since the beginning. We have tried home remedies (tummy time, massage, Hing application) and medications (Colic aid, bonnisson) but nothing has been of great help. My nub cries while passing gas out and is not able to sleep due to this discomfort. I am off dairy products from last 3 months and limit my intake of food that can cause gas still I don't see any major changes. I need to know any effective treatment and also advise when would this settle? Do I need to start solids early to lessen the dependence on breast milk since that is causing the gas formation.
