Barrage Laser Treatment
I was undergone barrage laser for both the eyes partly on 14/07/2020 & other partly treatment on 24/07/2020. But after laser treatment i used to see some new floaters as well as flashes of light at the corner of the eyes. Thr most issues is in my left eye where the power is also high and at the same time retinal lattice with hole is also more in that eyes. Still discomfortness in left eye , some irritation and slight burning sensation. After laser any precautions to be taken. I have been using laptops and mobiles more because of my profession. Is it will discomfort eye after laser or i can work on laptop or mobiles?

There are no extra precautions . You can use laptop but make sure you take frequent breaks in between . Irritation and burning sensation might be due to pre existing dry eye, which is common in people who use screen for long time. It is not related to retinal problem

If the laser has been done properly there's no need of extra precautions .......and the problem of irritation and burning sensation u have been facing might be beacuse of increase use of digital devices not per se due to retinal laser ....follow the  preacutions needed in cases of increased digital usage
Next Steps
- Clean your monitor regularly - Follow 20 - 20 - 20 rule ....after every 20    minutes take a break for 20 seconds to look  20 feet away - Ensure optimal lighting .....lighting should be over the head of the user and should not shine on the screen...should match the brightness of the computer - Blink 15 times a minute for optimum eye health .....avg digital user tends to blink only 5 to 8 times per minute - Modify your work space ...your eyes should be 20 to 28 inches from the screes and 4 to 8 inches above the centre of the screeen - Change font sizes and screen resolution for more comfortable viewing - drink at least 1.2 l of water everyday to prevent dry eye - adopt healthy and active Life style ..( .activity can be increased by adopting a rule of standing or walking for 5 minutes after every 30 minutes that you sit ) - ensure adequate sleep - can use lubricating eye drops for relief of symptoms - regular eye check up....for correction of refractive errors ....if glasses advised use them regularly
