I was diagnosed with Spondylolisthesis post a fall on a flight 2 years ago. I dont have any pain, it was detected due to slight discomfort that I felt on sitting and getting up. Recently I went on a Roadtrip post which my lower back and left leg was tingling for an hour or so. On rest it was ok. Any precautions?

I nevere get urge to get fresh. Even its irregular.I can't do it on regular basis. No pain or any discomfort I feel but I want to get fresh everyday in morning. I even go sometimes in evening. It is causing me stress not because of constipation but it disturbs my routine. Suggest me sme medicine or digestives or remedy

I fell down from bike.  I checked up with a doctor and he said your shoulder has dislocated a bit.  He gave me a sling to wear for 2 weeks. This is now 3rd week running and I experience some discomfort moving hand. but the bone is still dislocated and it's not fixed. Please tell what to do expedite the recovery. Thanks

I have, mild neck pain, discomfort from last 4 months also my sgpt sgot levels are high, had all checks for hepatitis done, all came negative, sonography also done said mild liver fatty disease , doctor prescribed sgot sgpt reducing medicine.  Doctor is not able to tell clear instructions. Hi Doctor, I had a chronic fissure for 6 months, which has now healed, with no pain or symptoms for the past 1.5 months. I noticed a small bump, so I consulted a colorectal surgeon. He said it is  intersphincteric fistula likely to be about 2 cm and advised an MRI fistulogram and surgery. Since I have no pain, discharge, or discomfort, is the MRI & surgery necessary now, or can it be observed and when discomfort arises do MRI and then surgery ? Could leaving it untreated cause a bigger issue later? What would you recommend?

I was constipated for the last 2 days. Today I passed stool, and it was a little hard. While passing it, I had mild discomfort, but the discomfort went away afterward. After I finished, I noticed a small amount of bright red blood mixed with the toilet water and a pea-sized bright red blood clot on the toilet seat. When I wiped, there was only a very faint pinkish-red stain on the toilet paper. There wasn’t a large amount of bleeding, and I haven’t noticed any bleeding since. I don’t think it was menstrual blood. Could you please let me know what this could be

I have swelling in my outer anal area from last 30 days. There is no bleeding, or pain. Just a discomfort while sitting too long. It started after my 300 km bike ride. Also I had Diarrhea before that so then for IBS my Gastroenterologist doctor suggested one tablet which helped me a lot for IBS symptoms, but this anal swelling he had only given anovate cream which done nothing for swelling. My stools are always very soft. But now I am feeling very discomfort in anal area. Please give me suggestions on what to do or a simple treatment for this.. I think it's hemorrhoids..
