Mild neck pain ,iscomfor
I have, mild neck pain, discomfort from last 4 months also my sgpt sgot levels are high, had all checks for hepatitis done, all came negative, sonography also done said mild liver fatty disease , doctor prescribed sgot sgpt reducing medicine. Doctor is not able to tell clear instructions. What should I do.

your liver should contain less fat if you r obese,alcoholic,diabetic etc can cause fatty liver which in turn will result in steatosis,steatohepatitis these conditions can present with ur symptoms...losing weight if u r obese,stop alcohol if u r alcoholic...consult physician for evaluation if nothing works out.
