Burning pain behind neck side
From last few days I'm feeling burning type of pain on the upper left portion of back, just below neck. I do seating work on PC late nights. Because of that my sleep cycle also disturbed. Always feeling sleepy for while day.

May be start of cervical neuropathy due to faulty neck postures. Exercise the neck muscles avoiding front bending. Get neck x ray done to look for vertebral disc priblem.
