Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Hi doctor, I am male aged 23. From january I am having a little pain in right chest left chest and also below ribs. I used tablets for acidity before. Then i realised that my heart is beating 65bps when i am sitting.some times it raises to 90-100bpm when i am standing.So having some fears i went to hospital. There i got my BP checked it is 110/90 mecury level. Then after that i had ECG test.doctor said it is normal..and i asked him y i m having this pain. Then he asked me to get 2D echo test. I have attached a pic of 2D echo test. I used esomac-D 40mg and etizola beta 0.25mg for 30 days..that is till the end of february. From thwn i am not using any tablets doctor. Pains in chest got reduced a bit and heart beats are only some times racing. Today while i was resting on bed i felt some pain in the middle of two ribs..that is to the left bottom middle of ribs.it lasted for 3 seconds..when i checked my pulse it is normal. Is that heart attack doctor ??. Is there any risk or chances ??

I'm a 32 years old active male having a pain in both backside in between 10/12 ribs with body ache and fatigue, sometimes mild pain in right hypochondrium. I asked my wife to palpate the back sides while looking for muscular pain and she found one point where she finds tenderness near 11/12 Rib (Right side) but nothing at leftside I'm a alcoholic11 years where sometimes occasionally and chronic as well depends on the situation. Recently I'm having a alcohol (42%) around 180 ml to 360 ml everyday since 2 months. USG Whole Abdomen- Grade 1 Fatty Liver with Mild Splenomegaly, rest ok I was diagnosed Hepatitis B when I was in 6th or 7th standard, where I've been tested several times and remain negative. Recently I was diagnosed Viral Hepatitis again on November 2016, strangely my wife too with interval of 1 week, where we've been tested for Hepatitis B & C which are negative. No history of HTN & DM2 Family history of Cardiovascular disease and DM2 {Father & Mother} No other history

For the past 3-4 days, I have been experiencing gas, bloating and discomfort after dinner. It started with stomach pain one night, for which I took Pan 40 and it gave temporary relief. Since then, I’ve had some constipation and persistent post-dinner symptoms like bloating, a feeling of trapped gas and an urge to burp but unable to. When I lie down, I also feel mild chest discomfort, which seems related to gas. Even after taking Pan 40 daily and maintaining a gap between dinner and sleep, the issue continues. What could be the cause and how can I treat this?

I have left arm (upper to lower) arm pain from 5 days. Started after exposure to Airconditioner. On 3rd day neck discomfort /stiffness started and is ON/off. This is also new occurrence to me that neck is also involved Arm getting pain without neck discomfort used to occur to me before which used to get senstive to cold and used to get relived by pain killer gel. But this time neither gel is working nor pain killer tablets. Did ecg/trop I for 2nd and 3rd day and they are all normal.

I experience a pulling or stretching type of pain on the left side of my vagina/genital area only. I usually notice this pain a few days before my periods, and it goes away once my periods start. This time, however, the pain started after my periods, around the mid-cycle, and it has been there for 4 days. Initially, the pain was stronger, but now it has reduced, though it is still present and sometimes increases. I feel discomfort while walking, when there is pressure on that area, or when I stretch my legs. There is no abnormal vaginal discharge, no swelling, no lump, no redness, and no pain while urinating. My periods are regular and normal. It is mainly vaginal pain and discomfort on the left side. I experienced similar pain last year, which lasted about 7 days and resolved after my periods began. This time, the pain has been present for 4 days so far.

I have noticed yesterday night my Urine is Very dark & like grape juice kinda color. I didn't have any discomfort while urinating, burning, such. But i feel little sensation of burning or such in right side of my abdomen/ right lower side of my stomach. I have cough and cold from one week so i was taking medication, but yesterday morning i took last dose. There are no external injuries, no colored foods or such still the urine color feels like blood mixture. Some discomfort noticable but very very little in bladder area. Comparing to yesterday, today color is better but I'm drinking more fluids that's why i think. Still suggest what to do please.

Frequent urge to urinate after 15 mins..eventually some drops of urine come out..and discomfort near anus region too..also penis tip also..done the urine culture found puss cells are high I have attached the report to kindly guide me..I m totally feeling discomfort also current medicines are Ciplar LA 20 mg – Propranolol Hydrochloride (Long-acting) 2. Parona 25 mg – Paroxetine Hydrochloride 3. Etivin 0.25 mg – Etizolam 4. Ceteip L 5 mg – Levocetirizine 5mg 5. multi vitamin daily and d3 60k iu and limcee 500mg once a week

I have a small  cyst on the  head of the right Epididymis observe from 14 -15days and inflamation of right epididymis diagonise by scrotum usg test which make me feel discomfort from 20 -21 days And From Uroflowmatric test a uroflowmetric obstruction seen in the report where avarage flow rate of urin in 8 ml/s.After these reports and discomforts make me feel very panic in nowdays as i have a open apendix surgery  before around 5years ago 😥. What can i do and plese make me confarm that there is no need to worry about that or any panic situation and need not to go for any surgery(as i have a truma as early before )😥. How i recover soon from this situation with proper treatment .Plz help me doctors...😥 you are the god for the paitients ...🙏🙏.

Age 40 years Height 5.7 Weight 89kg Symptoms  1) light headness,Dizziness or being pulled like the feeling from the back of the neck. 2) weakness or unbalanced feeling in legs. Fall like a feeling. 3) Symptoms especially start in the afternoon. On the lunch table at the peek. Evening walk also discomfort. 4) All blood reports are normal. BP normal. Mild LVH in 2D echo. 5) Can walk continuously but above mentioned discomfort. Please suggest.
