Dental problem
7-8 months back I had RCT on one tooth but my doctor patiently treated my tooth and closed the RCT after 10-15 sittings But I was feeling discomfort for many days afterwards as well. I could see blood in toothpaste, I used to fill pull in gum area. Also it doesn't hurt much but when the teeth is pressed it hurts. I feel discomfort in that area. I went to the doctor again he did x ray. In xray nothing came but he saw leakage in the cap as I was having sensitivity issues as well. He has done permanent filling on the leakage areas (all sides of the cap has permanent filling) The sensitivity has gone now but I still feel irritated in that area. Currently I apply gum paint and do salt gargles. Please help we what to do what could be a cause of this? Attaching my latest XRay

If you have suffering from bleeding gums while brushing. I advice you to get full mouth scaling and relevant treatment for your pockets. As far as your RC Treated tooth is concern kindly visit nearest dental clinic because proper treatment can be given on the bases of clinical examination and radiographic ( IOPA / RVG ) findings. Thanks and Regard ( Dr. Nikhil Gupta )

It's not only RCT has to be perfect, post RCT the crown and occlusal pressure on the tooth to has impact while heavy mastication. Surely get the close IOPA or RVG x-ray tooth specific, also 3D intraoral scan will help for the right crown structure and adjacent /opposite tooth treatment if required.

Hi If you doesn’t have pain and only sensitivity then the root canal must be fine Sensitivity might be due to gap in between the cap and teeth which may cause food lodgement RVG might help as everything seems good in OPG Bleeding is due to Gum Infection for which you have to get the Cleaning of the teeth done
Next Steps
Please review the dentist for evaluation

Hello. 1)Blood in toothpaste could be because of infection in the  gums. 2)When it hurts on pressing that means your cap might not be fixed properly, or there could be food lodgement. 3)X- RAY instead of OPG  and close up pic of the gums would be helpful for better suggestion.(everything looks fine in OPG)
Next Steps
Clean that area using interdental brush, that will give you good relief.

If the gum around the cap is continuously bothering you and applying any gel also doesn’t get you any relief then you might have to change the crown. The X-ray you have sent is an opg which is a gross image. You need close up X-ray the small one which can be taken in any dental clinic. It will give more clarity. If the tooth has no pain as such then root canal should be fine
Next Steps
Get a close up X-ray. It’s called IOPA / RVG
