My father is having a painless ulcer between the teeth and the right cheek. He says that it's been there for 7-8 months and it grows when he doesn't clean his mouth properly (he is a tobacco addict) but gets smaller when he does clean properly.
Now he has limited his tobacco intake since 3-4 days and also cleaning his mouth many times a day.
