Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Hi, I'm 41, Male, obese. History of gallstones from 2017, kidney stones from 2020 and prostatitis. I had done my Spine MRI in December 2021 which showed incidental finding of gallstones. My question is does spine mri also show incidental findings of stomach like a malignancy? I did my full abdominal ultrasound in May and it did not show anything. My current symptoms are bloating, gas, mild cramp like pain in upper abdomen just below ribs. Pain comes and goes. I did CBC, LFT, KFT and CRP today. My CRP levels are constantly high around 20. I'm worried that could this be a sign of stomach cancer? Please help.

My wife has a stone in gall bladder that (Normally distended gall bladder with evidence of 12.4 w 11.5mm calculus in G.B. neck region s/o cholelithiasis) She cannot handle  the pain Pain  is moving around back,lower abdomen,back bone , both shoulders, both sides of the ribs, she cannot stand she cannot eat she cannot walk Is operation is the only alternative ?? Plzz suggest pain killer that can relief her quickly Plzz guide me wat 2 do though At the time I'm giving her pan d & nobel spass Plzzz help me out...🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

My father chest X Ray report says : 1. Fibrotic patch with volumeloss, consolidative opacities noted in right upper zone with pulled up right hilum. 2. Elevated right dome of diaphragm noted with consolidative opacity in the right CP angle. 3. Hili are normal 4. CP angles and hemi diaphragm are normal. 5. Cardia is normal. 6. Rib Cage is normal. 7. F/S/O kochs etiology - Needs further investigation. Please let us what the report says and what to do now.

I am having upper back pain for the last 3 months consulted ortho doctor they advised it is because of postural problem and muscle spasm, they gave pain killers, while having it I am OK, but after that pain is coming thru radiating to rib and chest, sometime numbness also in the upper back. To rule out cardio issues I have done ecg, echo and tmt, chest x ray all comes out normal. BP 140/90 and Cholesterol wer there. Taking BP pills. Even after that test which I have done 2 weeks back I am getting chest tightness, dizziness sometime with heart palpitations. Whether it is worried problem or I have to see any psychiatrist to overcome with the issue.

I am having a dull pain in the left side of the chest. The pain is present almost all the time since about 2 years, but it is very dull most of the days. Occasionally the pain becomes more and then becomes dull again after some days. Since last 2-3 days, the pain has increased again. It is present even while lying down. It increases when laughing or coughing. ECG taken a year ago showed partial RBBB. My bp is approximately 90/80 most of the time since past year. I am having mucus in my throat since past 2-3 days and spo2 drops to 90 occasionally. I am covid negative. Is the pain is more likely to be related to the heart or more likely related to lungs or related to bones in the rib cage or muscles or some gas? I am confused. Kindly help out. Thank you.

Good evening sir I am diagnosed with fatty liver. Last june I am on diet to reduce LDL and weight as suggested by doctor. Some times I am facing small pain in right abdominal just right straight line from belly button. In a month I feel this three four times.it is just slight pain and not more pain. My doctor taken abdominal scan in on December 3rd, kidneys and gallblader are ok. But why stil I am getting this pain. just under the ribs cage. Is it related to appendicitis. From today morning i got twice chest pain. Position was at center slightly towards left. I cant elaborate pain type it was under rib. Pain ends is few seconds in both episodes. I have mitral valve problem since birth. Recently few weeks ago i done my 2d echo and ecg. Ecg was normal. In 2d echo only mild mitral valve prolapse is there. Also i am hypertension patient taking prolomet xl25 for the same for 2 times. Yesterday i vomited due to hyper acidity. My stomach is also bloated. (Mostly upper side). Gassy problem is also there. Burping is also there.Our cardiologist advice for life style change. My question is today's pain might be related to heart or any other problem. First episode was at 11:00 am and second 1:45 pm. Pls. Help.

I am suffering from neck pain ,pain between shoulder and lower back pain from 20 days with light dizziness all the time from 20 days. and very dull chest or right side ribs pain from 4-5 days i am a smoker,every morning thick mucus from Throat after brushing my teeth..mucus colour is sometime dark yellow and sometimes light brown i m worry about cancer or anything last week i visited a orthopaedist and he said that i am suffering from cervical pain,but i am not satisfied with his answer because i have lower back also and dull chest pain and constant dizziness from 20 days my B.P is normal,sugar level is normal, heartbeat and SPO2 is normal what to do... please help
